My Wulai trip was such a relaxing and memorable experience. The driver was very good, making the journey smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Wulai itself is rich in culture and has a very chill vibe. Walking around the area felt peaceful and refreshing, a perfect escape from the busy city. The scenery and atmosphere really allow you to slow down and just enjoy the moment. I also loved the food there. The sausage was delicious, and I got to try local specialties like kong rou and zhutong fan, which made the experience even more authentic and enjoyable. Overall, it was a calm, cultural, and satisfying trip that I would definitely recommend.

I took a day tour to Wulai, and it was a wonderful escape from the city! The area is famous for its beautiful nature, hot springs, and indigenous culture. The waterfalls and rivers create a peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. One of the highlights is the Wulai Cable Car, which offers a stunning aerial view of the area. However, the fare is a bit pricey at 300 NT$, so if you decide to ride, make sure to fully enjoy the resort at the top. A heads-up—it can get really hot, so bring sun protection and stay hydrated. Despite the heat, the experience was well worth it. If you love nature, scenic views, and a bit of cultural immersion, Wulai is a great place to visit!

The overall experience was great. It was our first time to visit Wulai and we really liked it. Nature, fresh air, mountain sceneries all in one place. Very recommended for those who want to escape the crowd in the city center. We were given a free Taiwan sausage too 😁

I originally thought Wulai was an old, outdated tourist spot in Taiwan, but I was surprised by how rich and interesting the itinerary was. Wulai's natural scenery remains beautiful, with mountains, water, suspension bridges, and trails. Neidong National Forest Recreation Area is lush and green, where you can walk along the stream and watch the water rush by, or take a cable car at Yunxian Paradise to see the waterfall. The most interesting part was the cute little trolley. I'm also very grateful to our driver and tour guide, Brother Wang, for his kind and attentive service and excellent driving skills. We were also lucky to meet super nice tour companions, which made the trip wonderfully happy.

Our tour guide is very friendly and nice, he explained everything to us, especially about the leaves and the dream catcher in Wulai Old Street. The scenic view is so beautiful and relaxing if you are a nature lover. I loved seeing the local people sitting there enjoying the view and the sounds of the falls, and some people doing exercises. The old train was also a nice experience, even though it was raining at the time, but it was okay. Overall, it was the best experience for us.

Our Wulai trip was a unique experience. Choosing this tour was a good decision. Our tour guide was very organized. Days before our trip, he made sure we had his contact information in case we needed to ask anything in advance. The information he gave us via Klook's app was in Chinese, but you can easily translate it using Google Translate. The night before our trip, our tour guide, Sir Marco, added us on WhatsApp to facilitate easy communication with him. On the day of our trip, Sir Marco was on time, and to our surprise, there were only 6 of us on this tour. The drive to Wulai was smooth. By the way, don't worry even if Klook's app stated that our guide/driver could only speak Chinese. We never had a hard time communicating with him in English. Our trip to Wulai was one of the most comfortable, memorable, and smooth-sailing trips we've had.

Our tour guide was very kind to wait for us because we got lost in Taipei Main Station. We know that they strictly follow the scheduled time, but they didn't let us waste our money on this trip. The tour guide spoke English very well and made the tour easier with his assistance at each place we visited. They even gave us a sausage after the tour. This tour is highly recommended if you are a nature lover and enjoy hiking; Wulai Waterfalls offers a breathtaking view. Thank you for this one-of-a-kind experience.

Our tour guide is very friendly and punctual. This tour is a great experience with a touch of Taiwan's history. If you are a nature lover, this place suits you, with very scenic views. The mini train experience is amazing, especially the view of the Wulai falls and the mountains.

Great value for money! A wonderful experience! The travel company arranged everything perfectly. The driver was very punctual, picking everyone up at Taipei Main Station. The car was brand new and very comfortable. The itinerary was very smooth; at each attraction, the driver would give a brief introduction and then let us explore on our own. He also clearly told us the meeting times. The entire trip's route was very well designed! If you plan to participate in boating activities, it's recommended to consider safety. It feels like the facilities at Yunxian Paradise still need improvement in maintenance and management. The water near the boating shore appears shallow, but closer to the red pavilion, the water is much deeper! Please see the photos; next to the pavilion is a waterfall. If you're not careful and paddle towards the red chain, there's a fear of falling down.

Había muchas escaleras y caminatas —definitivamente un buen ejercicio— pero las vistas valieron cada paso. ¡Las mejores vistas siempre son las que te esfuerzas por conseguir! Nuestro guía turístico Benson fue amable y complaciente, lo que hizo la experiencia más fluida.
