Passeio de um dia no trem turístico de Wulai, Taipei, e na Rua Velha

I joined a one-day tour to Wulai and had such a relaxing and memorable experience. Our guide, Sophie, was friendly and thoughtful throughout the whole trip. Since there were only five of us that day, we traveled in a comfortable van, which made everything feel more personal and flexible. One of the highlights was Yunxian Resort. The scenery was absolutely stunning and peaceful—definitely worth a visit. Just a heads-up: there are quite a few stairs, which might be a bit challenging for elderly visitors. Thankfully, our driver was incredibly kind and understanding. When my mom got too tired to walk back from the old street, he even drove to meet us halfway to pick her up. That really meant a lot to us. We also rode the Wulai mini train, which was a fun and unique experience you won’t find in the city. At Wulai Old Street, there were many indigenous restaurants, and I was fascinated by the vegetables displayed outside—many of them I had never seen before. It really felt like a deep dive into local culture. Overall, it was such a laid-back day. After a delicious lunch, we all felt a bit sleepy—and funny enough, the other group did too! Sophie noticed this and kindly adjusted the schedule so we could head back to Taipei a bit earlier and get some rest. It was a small gesture, but it made the whole day feel even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour if you’re looking for a slow-paced, nature-filled getaway from the city!

這是我們第二次來台灣，也是第一次造訪烏來。我們的接駁車是一輛舒適又乾淨的廂型車。導遊Sophie告訴我們，現在正是油桐花和螢火蟲的季節，她也分享了一些關於大自然的有趣知識。 我們欣賞了美麗的風景，搭乘了台車，並沿著寧靜的森林步道散步。那輛小小的觀光台車真是太可愛了！ 在烏來老街上，我們看到了各式各樣的山產野菜和原住民美食。我們是美食愛好者，所以就跟著人群，別人買什麼我們就跟著買什麼——哈哈！馬告香腸特別好吃，這在一般的夜市是找不到的，所以絕對值得一遊！ 備註：該地區設有自動提款機

If you’re into nature, this one’s for you. Expect lush greenery, waterfalls, cultural immersion, time to relax, and plenty of scenic, IG-worthy photo spots. You’ll also get to try local food. Huge shoutout to our tour guide Paul—super chill, very informative, took amazing photos of us, and even brought us on a side trip to the cherry blossom area.

Libby war sehr energisch, hilfsbereit und zugänglich. Sie hat sich besonders viel Mühe gegeben, uns zu versteckten Orten zu bringen und uns alles über Wulai und ihre Kultur erzählt. Sie ist sehr freundlich und informativ. 10/10 würde Libby wieder buchen.

Hesitated to book this trip at first but glad that I did. Our baby had so much fun walking up and down the stairs, and we learned so much from our tour guide, Libby. I highly suggest you take this tour with her because she makes sure you get comfy and not left out.

Wulai is full of natural beauty. The vibe is slow-paced and peaceful. We enjoyed learning about the indigenous peoples of the place from our knowledgeable tour guide. Libby helped us navigate the experience—especially for those of us who do not speak any Chinese languages. With her guidance, we had a pleasant tour and knew how to respect the culture and locals.

Amazing tour. Our tour guide Libby is very helpful and exciting to be with. Since not all restaurants and street foods in Wulai Old Street have English translation menus, she helped us order and translate the menu for us and even recommended amazing dishes. We also got to enjoy an additional tourist spot not included in our tour. Wulai and Unzen Paradise are amazing! Will come again next time.

Our Wulai trip was such a beautiful experience—made even better by our amazing guide, Libby. She was incredibly enthusiastic, genuinely helpful, and so knowledgeable about everything we saw. Her energy made the whole day feel effortless and fun. Truly grateful for the memories we created—highly recommend this tour, especially with Libby leading the way!
