「Service」 Today, I booked a hot spring experience. Upon arriving at the hotel's parking lot, someone greeted me and explained in detail which parking space to use. The front desk staff also thoroughly introduced the available private hot spring rooms, and if I had a preference for another room, they would inform me of the waiting time. 「Environment」 Today, I chose the cypress wood round hot spring room. The hot spring pool was surprisingly large, and the cypress scent was very pleasant. The space was ample, with a platform next to the pool where I could lie down and relax. The toilet, sink, and shower room were separate, and there was also a TV in the hot spring room. From the grand lobby to entering the hot spring room, it was a wonderful experience. It was very worthwhile, and I will definitely visit again.

The private room offers excellent privacy, is very beautiful, odorless, clean, and luxurious. All amenities, towels, and a hairdryer are provided. I loved it and will definitely return.

I went early in the morning and was able to enjoy the bath I wanted very comfortably. The staff were kind, it was clean, and I healed while watching the atmospheric outside view in the rain. Next time, I should bring my parents too. Thank you!

This is my third time coming to Wulai for hot springs! The themed hot spring rooms at Volando Urai are always so interesting. This time it was a hot pot theme, making me feel like Tang Sanzang about to be cooked! 😆 The semi-open-air hot spring experience is incredibly comfortable, with a gentle breeze – highly recommended!

We went up the mountain in the morning to queue on-site. We got our turn around 10 AM to 12:30 PM, so the waiting time wasn't too long! You can take beautiful photos in the lobby to pass the time. I really love this special hot spring pool! The children are already clamoring to come again next time!

P.S. The Hot Spring Resort has always been one of my favorite hotels. My first hot spring visit each year is almost always to P.S. The rooms are tidy and spacious, the staff are friendly, and there's parking available. The lobby's style is grand yet minimalist, and even just sitting there to relax is a pleasure. It's a must-visit every year!

The bath is quite large, and the scenery is also beautiful. The semi-open-air hot spring is really comfortable. Although it was cold at first, it's very pleasant to soak while feeling a gentle breeze. Buying through Klook is also more cost-effective than booking directly!
