Safety: The overall dim lighting indeed creates a high-end hotel atmosphere, but because there are always stairs, there is a potential hidden danger. Experience: The public hot spring area has a high-temperature pool, a medium-temperature pool, a cold-water pool, a spa pool, a steam room, a sauna, and lounge chairs (comfortable). The overall feeling is good, each pool is large, and there are also water dispensers available for making tea or coffee.

We went on an early afternoon on a weekday. There were several available rooms, but we decided to wait 30 minutes to get the semi open-air bath. Staff was very polite and professional, and they scanned the Klook QR code once the room was available. It was very worth the wait! It wasn’t stuffy at all, and it was clean and comfortable. 90 minutes was plenty of time to enjoy the hot spring. The room was provided with a few things like bottled water, hair ties, and shower caps. We enjoyed our time here!

The private room offers excellent privacy, is very beautiful, odorless, clean, and luxurious. All amenities, towels, and a hairdryer are provided. I loved it and will definitely return.

This is my third time coming to Wulai for hot springs! The themed hot spring rooms at Volando Urai are always so interesting. This time it was a hot pot theme, making me feel like Tang Sanzang about to be cooked! 😆 The semi-open-air hot spring experience is incredibly comfortable, with a gentle breeze – highly recommended!

I had a lovely experience in the hotel hot spring bathroom. You could select from several different themed rooms - indoor, outdoor, hot only or both hot and cold pools. 90 minutes was plenty of time to try both the hot and cold pool as well as shower afterwards. Great value for money as it includes two people. I would highly recommend it!

We went up the mountain in the morning to queue on-site. We got our turn around 10 AM to 12:30 PM, so the waiting time wasn't too long! You can take beautiful photos in the lobby to pass the time. I really love this special hot spring pool! The children are already clamoring to come again next time!

The environment is comfortable and elegant, and the overall experience is very good. This is my second visit, and this time I brought my family along.

From the moment you enter the parking lot, there's a rich aroma. Parking spaces are limited, so it's best to arrive early. While waiting for your private hot spring room, you can go upstairs to the shopping street to eat and browse. The hot spring room is very spacious and not stuffy. There's even a TV so you can watch movies while soaking, which is very comfortable. It's definitely worth revisiting.

The hotel's environment is very good. We chose the cypress hot spring room on the 3rd floor this time. You can't see the river view while sitting in the wooden tub; you need to stand up to see it. The water pressure in the shower area was not strong enough, so showering was not very comfortable. The amenities only included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and two bottles of water. There was no lotion, comb, or cotton swabs.
