Had an amazing day trip to Yehliu Geopark, Shifen and Jiufen with MyPro Guide on 1 September 2026. Our guide, Vincent, was fantastic! He was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about each place we visited. He also made sure we had enough time to explore, take photos and enjoy the experience without feeling too rushed. The transportation was comfortable and the whole itinerary was well organised. Vincent also shared interesting information and recommendations along the way, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Yehliu was beautiful, Shifen was a lot of fun, and Jiufen was definitely one of the highlights of the day. Having a private guide made it much easier and more convenient to visit all three places in one day. Overall, highly recommended MyPro Guide and especially Vincent if you’re looking for a convenient and enjoyable day trip from Taipei. Would definitely book with them again! 👍🇹🇼

Ik ben echt dol op onze reis, zeer aan te bevelen voor een eerste keer reiziger. Onze gids Tommy is zo aardig en geduldig, hij is echt een goede gids. Ik kan niet wachten om hier terug te komen en een deel van mijn familie en vrienden mee te nemen naar Taiwan.

It's a pay-as-you-go service, and while it's only for two hours, it's perfect for young children. The venue has a wide variety of facilities and unique experiential activities suitable for all kinds of kids. The children loved it so much they didn't want to leave, so remember to agree on a departure time beforehand.

Extreem schattig en leuk. Het is bijna een achtbaanrit voor kinderen. Het geeft je een mooi uitzicht op de watervallen en de rivier, plus de omringende natuur verspreid tussen enkele bewoners. Het is een leuke rit. Het bewoog soepel.

Het was een erg leuke en aangename ervaring. Het was een zonnige dag en we gingen erheen met een tourbus die ons naar de winkel bracht. Daar kregen we de vierkleurige lantaarn en een zwarte kalligrafiepen om onze wensen op te schrijven. Elke kleur vertegenwoordigt een ander levensgebied, zoals gezondheid en rijkdom. We schreven onze lantaarn in de winkel vol voordat we naar buiten gingen. Er was personeel dat onze telefoons gebruikte om foto's en video's van ons te maken op het treinspoor en ons poses gaf om foto's te maken van de verschillende kanten van de lantaarn.

We purchased tickets the day before and exchanged them on-site. There's an aquarium where you can enjoy the air conditioning. The show at the theater was longer than expected and featured professional diving performances. Both children and adults thoroughly enjoyed it, and the kids learned even more about marine animals.

I came to the public bath on a weekday and it's so quiet and nice. On the day I visited, only Taiwanese people were in the baths. The staff are very friendly... The receptionists speak excellent English, and when I wasn't sure where to go in the bath area, a staff member came over and used a translator to guide me. They were truly kind. I was a bit worried after reading other reviews, but it was really great. For those using the public bath, just show your Klook voucher at reception, get your key, go down the stairs, and the women's bath is on the left and the men's bath is on the right (written in Korean). You can enter accordingly. Like a Korean sauna, you put your shoes in the locker corresponding to your key number, come in, undress in a locker, put on a gown and a hair cap, then come to the public bath area, shower, and then enter the bath. They asked us to remove our makeup before entering if we were wearing any! (Let's be polite Koreans and follow this rule, haha.) But honestly, there's no need to wear makeup when going to a hot spring. Cell phones are prohibited inside the bath! You can use them in the resting area. And the water is super soft, it feels like it's good for your skin.

Tom Bear Bear is actually the play area for young children inside Tom's World... The space isn't large, but it's more than enough for kids under 5, and it even has some cozy, hidden areas. Overall, it feels quite comfortable... It's just that the machines inside Tom's World are a bit too loud and noisy... It's also a shame that the mini train can only be ridden once... Otherwise, it would probably be even more appealing.

Veiligheid: De algehele schemerige verlichting creëert inderdaad een luxe hotelsfeer, maar omdat er overal trappen zijn, is er een potentieel gevaar. Ervaring: De openbare warmwaterbronnen hebben een bad met hoge temperatuur, een bad met gemiddelde temperatuur, een koudwaterbad, een spabad, een stoomkamer, een sauna en ligstoelen (comfortabel). Het geheel voelt goed aan, elk bad is groot en er zijn ook waterdispensers beschikbaar voor thee en koffie.
