Amazing luxury day cruise to Ha Long Bay! Everything was top notch high-quality, and simply well done. Very organized and professional staff are at your service from the beginning until the end. Lily was our server that helped us all day. She was always very attentive and cheerful. The lunch buffet had a good selection and were plentiful. They also included an afternoon tea time which had quite a spread as well. Even their goodbye send off was pretty memorable as the captain and his staff were at the top deck, waving off to us while a single flutist played some sweet melody. I would definitely recommend this to friends and anyone who would like to do a tour of the bay!

I participated in the Halong Bay day cruise by Jadesails, booked through Klook! It was very convenient as they picked me up from the lobby of my hotel (The Q Boutique Hotel) and dropped me off back at the hotel. On the way, we stopped at a pearl farm for a restroom break. I was a little confused because there was no prior explanation, but it was just for looking at jewelry, and I wasn't pressured to buy anything, so it was perfectly fine even if I didn't purchase anything. Although the price was a bit higher than other tours, I was very satisfied with both the cruise content and the meals! The tour explanation was mainly in English, but there was a female staff member named Jewelry who could speak a little Japanese, which was very reassuring. When I asked, I was also given a Japanese paper with the tour details written on it. Including the pick-up/drop-off, the cruise content, and the meals, it was a very satisfying tour overall! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy Halong Bay on a day trip!

Highly, highly recommended!!!! From the comfortable car transfer at the beginning to the musical rose welcome upon boarding, the meticulous service and comfortable facilities made us feel completely at home! The choice of attractions was also excellent. This was my third time visiting Ha Long Bay, and it was the first time I truly experienced its tranquility and beauty! I sincerely thank all the staff, especially Jenny, who served us on board – her thoughtful and attentive service was just perfect! Also, the host/interpreter, with fluent English, even helped us take photos! I will definitely recommend this to friends and family! Thank you all so much!

What a fantastic journey! From the very beginning, the premium shuttle service from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay, to the welcome and service on board, everything was excellent. It's no wonder it's a bit more expensive than typical tours, but it's absolutely worth it. Especially the service from our attendant, Jasper, which was truly five-star quality – he's handsome and very kind. The itinerary included a small boat tour to Lan Ha Bay, followed by kayaking and swimming. I didn't bring a swimsuit, so I didn't go in the water, but I saw the children having a great time. In the afternoon, there was a spring roll making activity accompanied by a band performance, which was very pleasant and comfortable.

I had an amazing day on the JadeSails luxury cruise around Halong Bay & Lan Ha Bay! The staff were very friendly and attentive—they checked on us throughout the trip and were always happy to help with anything. The service felt really thoughtful and personal, especially during lunch and the sunset party on deck. The itinerary was fantastic and well-organized: we enjoyed kayaking, swimming in a quiet bay, a fun cooking demo, and a beautiful sunset cruise back. The boat itself is stunning—modern, spacious, and very clean, with a great sundeck and pool area. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable and memorable experience; highly recommended!

¡Lo pasamos genial con Jade Sails! Calvin fue un guía excelente y Jenny estuvo muy atenta. El almuerzo estuvo delicioso, con muchas opciones, y la experiencia de cocinar rollitos de primavera fue un detalle muy agradable. El barco en sí era genial, con muchos asientos dentro y fuera del aire acondicionado, y el jacuzzi era agradable. Las actividades también fueron geniales, el primer paseo en barco nos llevó por debajo de algunas cuevas, pero no nos detuvimos en ninguna para explorarlas. El kayak y la natación también fueron una parada divertida. ¡La banda y el karaoke al final del día fueron lo mejor! Gracias por un gran día :)

Excellent day cruise through Halong Bay/Lan Ha Bay. Extremely great attentive staff, shout out to Le Quyen. The ship is extremely modern and does not look run down like many of the ships we passed. Yes you are paying a little extra for this cruise but I think it is definitely worth it. I spent many hours researching various cruises comparing prices and have no regrets. They also take some pictures free. I think as another reviewer mentioned the day cruise starts earlier and the waters where very uncrowded, drinks are pricier but very reasonable compared to back home (Australia). Only two small faults, vietpearl stop over - which is obvious from many reviewers of various cruises (just go to bathrooms and zip through). My only small gripe was we bought drinks close to the happy hour time, and I wish the server would have just said wait until happy hour and you can buy one get one free. if I had known that would have been perfect. So to best inform you I think Happy hour is 3/4-5pm. Enjoy

No regrets booking Jadesails! They exceeded my expectations. The buffet was great and the staff are so warm and welcoming! I also celebrated my birthday with them and they surprised me with roses and cake. This was the highlight of my Vietnam escapade. 💖

The experience was excellent right from the pickup. The car was very spacious and comfortable, and the driver was very steady. There were many activities on the boat, and the staff were all very friendly and polite. The boat was very clean, and every part was tidied up comfortably. The boat had three levels, and the itinerary was very smooth. I highly recommend participating.

The experience was really great and well curated. The staff was amazing and very attentive. Jasper was incredible and was there every time we needed anything. We got to kayak, swim, eat, and drink. We asked for socia cocktails and the staff was really great and making them exceptionally well. I would do this tour again in a heartbeat
