Excellent Service, very nice environment, wide range of food selection and all in good quality. We enjoyed the great brunch at Conrad.

The value for money is excellent, with only a third of the tables occupied. The food quality is very good. Plus, the cocktails are free-flowing, which is really great. Highly recommended.

Pros: Excellent service, the lamb rack and lobster main courses were superb, and the other buffet items were good. Although there was no suckling pig (which was on the menu), the pork belly was decent. Average: The cocktails were okay, but both the red and white wines were very poor. I've had better overall experiences here before, with more variety. Perhaps they've had to compromise on quality due to cost now.

There aren't many choices for a three-hour brunch, but if you're really into lobsters, then this could be a good spot.

The seafood choices are plentiful, however they have cancelled the bouillabaisse soup option. This used to be a highlight.

Nicholini's brunch has always maintained its quality, and now with a 20% discount, it's an even better value that you shouldn't miss. It would be even better if they brought back the Peking duck and suckling pig.

A wonderful place to celebrate any special occasion! Loved the way the unlimited seafood platter was served at the table. Excellent service, high quality sufficient selection of buffet choice, and great value for money. The brunch started at 11:30am till 3pm making our dining experience relaxed and enjoyable.

When I told the staff it was our wedding anniversary and requested a window seat, they were wonderful. Not only did they give us a great table, but they also upgraded us to Conrad champagne, which was quite good. Although the brunch price is higher compared to other hotels, the service and environment truly live up to 5-star standards. The seating plan isn't too cramped, so you don't have to squeeze in or hold your breath when moving around. Also, I didn't realize that both the seafood platter and main courses were all-you-can-order. I recommend not getting too distracted by the buffet table and focusing more on the main courses; the seabass is highly recommended and truly excellent.
