We came here because of its reputation. Although the variety of food isn't extensive, each dish is exquisitely presented. We really enjoyed the "blind box" arrangement, where guests receive a surprise dish at regular intervals, which feels very special. Additionally, the free-flow drinks are also commendable. Most importantly, all the restaurant staff are friendly, polite, and courteous.

Although the price is top-tier, the value for money is incredibly high. It's a beautiful place with a comfortable and pleasant environment. The service is also top-notch. High-quality ingredients include lobster tails that are crisp, springy, and fresh, richly flavored drunken shrimp, large and thick scallop sashimi, and three large platters of Japanese soy sauce abalone. The desserts are also beyond words. Highly recommended for celebrating special occasions.

At the Peninsula the atmosphere & dining experience is great as expected. Even for a 3 hr dining mealtime seems inadequate as diners like my party just likes to take our time chat and eat. The food is good with international food selections. However there’s no complimentary refill on Tea & Coffee which is a bit of a let down. experience:

The food was exquisite and not overly abundant, which was very satisfying. It wasn't overcrowded, and the environment was very comfortable. The staff service was also excellent. My only slight disappointment was that the drunken shrimp still had the black vein.

The food, ambiance, and service were all perfect! This was an unforgettable dining experience! I will definitely visit again!

My first time having a buffet at The Peninsula Hotel was a delightful surprise. Every dish was satisfying; the only minor point was the crab congee being a bit salty. The abalone was delicious, the desserts were beautifully presented, the chicken soup was fresh and sweet, and the tomato soup was tasty. I will definitely come again.

環境一流，食物質素高，每桌送海鲜拼盆，海鲜新鮮。除了海鮮外，沙津尤其出色。熱食方面，牛舌夠嫩。甜品精緻。每桌有適當距離，不會太嘈吵。
