what an amazing restaurant for a birthday dinner to celebrate my sister’s birthday. we requested the window table and was granted with a wonderful night view of the Victoria harbour. the food was amazing and the service was spectacular. thank you so much for making our night so memorable!

The waitstaff were very polite and spoke Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, catering to the needs of different guests. Each dish was explained in terms of its ingredients. The only minor drawback was that the chef did not come out to chat with everyone. The waitstaff were also very attentive, asking about food allergies and inquiring, "How was your dinner tonight?" This is the kind of service that justifies a 10% service charge, unlike the typical pseudo-Western restaurants in Hong Kong that merely take orders, serve food, clear dishes, and then brazenly charge 10% service fee without providing any actual service. Areas for improvement for this dining experience: 1. The two-hour time limit should be removed. For a fine dining experience, guests typically need to sit down, order a drink (wine, cocktail, or juice), and chat for about an hour before ordering or being served. Time limits should only apply to fast-food establishments like McDonald's or Sushi Express, where the expectation is "come in, sit down, eat, and leave." 2. The music in the venue was too loud. This is not a disco, and while background music helps create atmosphere, if it's too loud, it will interfere with guests' conversations.

A truly satisfying experience. Everything, from the environment, ambiance, and service to the food, was excellent. Our table by the floor-to-ceiling window offered a stunning view of Victoria Harbour. The restaurant was pleasantly quiet, with only background music, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff meticulously arranged our dishes, replaced cutlery, and even thoughtfully provided lighting when we took photos. The seafood platter had a good variety of seafood, all pre-cleaned and cut for easy consumption. The food was fresh; the mussels and conch were crisp, and the abalone was incredibly flavorful and tender. The oysters we ordered were also size 1 of their kind, very fresh and delicious. The food was delicious, the environment was great, and the service was excellent. We were both very satisfied and full. At 8:00, we still had some drinks left, and they kindly helped us move them to the bar upstairs, which was very thoughtful. We couldn't get a seat with a sea view when we were eating downstairs, but unexpectedly, when we went up to the bar, there happened to be a spot with a beautiful view, which made up for the regret.

Choosing the world-renowned Peninsula for our anniversary was definitely the right decision! The staff's service attitude is top-notch, and the food quality is superb and delicious 🤤. This set meal is rich, the desserts are outstanding, and the seafood with sauce is incredibly tasty 🤤. Happy Anniversary and Valentine's Day 🎉. Such memorable, high-quality service! It won't disappoint... The grouper is delicious 🤤, and the chocolate, resembling pebbles, is unique and tasty 🤤.

We arranged for a window seat with a view of Victoria Harbour, and the night view was absolutely stunning. Seafood was the main course, with lobster, abalone, Hokkaido scallops, etc., all fresh and delicious. We paid extra for oysters, but there was more than enough food even without them. For the main course, we paid extra for beef, but it didn't have much beef flavour, and even though I chose medium, it was still very tough. The service was excellent, and an hour and a half was enough time to finish eating, though it would have been even better to sit longer and enjoy the view.

Price: For fine dining, it offers great value for money. Service: The waitstaff provided excellent service; they even helped write greetings on the dessert for my friend's birthday. Experience: I would definitely visit again if there are promotions or a new menu.
