The environment, atmosphere, food and service are all so great! We had an excellent experience in Ritz Carlton! Price for the afternoon tea is reasonable with such a good view! Will surely come again!

Dining on the 102nd floor of the Ritz-Carlton feels like having afternoon tea in the sky. The panoramic views from The Lounge and Bar are nothing short of breathtaking, especially from the corner sofa seat we were lucky to get—thankfully arranged by the hotel. It’s a prime spot offering both privacy and quiet, making it perfect for long chats with friends. Service was warm and attentive throughout. The staff were proactive, offering to take photos for us and thoughtfully refilling our teapots with hot water. Small touches like these really added to the experience. As for the food, while the presentation was elegant, some of the confections leaned a bit too sweet for my taste, particularly the citrus tartlet and battenberg cake. All in all, it was a delightful experience—relaxing ambiance, impeccable views, and friendly service. We’ll definitely be back for another round of tea among the clouds.

What a delightful experience! First and foremost, I must commend the staff for their excellent service attitude! I made a mistake with my order and called to correct it, and I already felt that the restaurant staff were incredibly dedicated and provided high-quality service. We were an hour late for our reservation due to an unforeseen circumstance, and initially, we were a little disappointed not to have a window seat. Just then, guests at a window seat left, and a lovely female staff member with long hair, with a wonderful smile, asked if we would like to move to the window seat. We were thrilled! After moving, we enjoyed the beautiful Victoria Harbour view and took many lovely photos, creating many beautiful memories. We ended up staying for over an hour and a half before leaving. I sincerely want to praise and thank the young lady who arranged our seating! Next time, I will definitely book afternoon tea with my family and friends again to share happy times!

The staff were so hospitable to us, everything I asked for, they provided. Especially the table I wanted, which is why we had the best spot for sunset. We really loved it. We arrived a bit early because the weather was too hot. The staff were super nice and helpful, allowing us to check in early. The food and tea were wonderful combinations.

Great style, reasonable price! The food tasted good too, but since the theme this time was chocolate, I felt quite full towards the end and couldn't finish it all. The service was also excellent; they thoughtfully arranged a window seat with a beautiful sea view. They also proactively refilled the teapot. My friend and I chatted for the entire afternoon, it was very enjoyable and comfortable.
