I booked through Klook, but I was scammed. I paid through Klook and even received a booking confirmation, but the vendor contacted me saying that time slot was unavailable. It seems they took advantage of the fact that I couldn't get a refund if I canceled within 24 hours. They said they couldn't cancel the reservation, so I had to do it, and Klook said no, so I ended up not receiving the service and not getting a refund. The vendor acted as if they had provided the service and took the money. I'm so angry that my trip was ruined. I plan to continue protesting to Klook. If the vendor couldn't provide the service, they shouldn't have confirmed the booking in the first place, but it seems they confirmed it and then used a fraudulent method of not providing the service.

I was so pleased with my first visit that I booked again for the next day. It was my last day in Bali, so I checked out early and arrived at 9 AM, only to be told that they were fully booked with direct reservations, and my Klook booking hadn't come through, so I couldn't get a massage today. I specifically checked out early for this, and now I've wasted two hours, twice, for a total of four hours, just waiting around. Having this happen on my last day will leave me with a terrible memory of Bali.
