The tour guide was excellent, providing detailed explanations without any hard-selling. It was a very down-to-earth itinerary!

The number of people for the pickup and the time were both incorrect, leading to nearly an hour of wasted waiting and missing the sunrise. The staff handling the issue were also very slow, which was infuriating. However, the mountain guide's professional knowledge greatly enhanced the trip. If I could choose, I would give five stars to the mountain guide and the beautiful scenery.

Great tour, so much new things to see, itinerary wasn’t followed, but the tourist would be able to make their own itinerary based on the suggestions of the tour guides you can maximize your time. Overall a great experience, you are able to see the beauty of Indonesia from its religious practices at the temples to Indonesia’s twin lakes, where you can get an overlooking view from the top. We suggested to the tour guide to start our tour earlier next time so you can actually maximize the time. Aside from that the tour guide was very informative about their country and entertaining at the same time.

Highly recommend this trip! Our guide Jim taught us a lot about Bali culture and the land. He really made our trip special. Our driver Gedda knew the roads well and got us to each location safely. You will spend long hours in the car because the locations are far from each other but you get to drive through the Bali countryside which is beautiful. All of the sights are pleasant and worth it. I wouldn't recommend trying to go by yourself as you'll make the drives longer for yourself.

Great experience. Guide was amazing with wealth of knowledge. Driver needs to drive an automatic though, but saw alot of Bali in all its glory and beauty!
