The guide and tour content made our first trip to Bali an unforgettable memory. Even though there was a fixed plan for the tour, they were flexible and kind when we were late, which was a great help. Inside the chartered car, they entertained us with fun conversations, explaining Balinese and Indonesian culture and recommending local gourmet food. They were also flexible in changing the order of visiting Ubud according to our requests, so we could arrange a plan to our liking while asking for recommendations. At each tourist spot, they took stylish and Instagrammable photos for us. Above all, we were extremely satisfied with Guide Arta's personality and high guiding skills, and thanks to him, our first trip to Bali became an unforgettable and wonderful memory.

We had the most amazing full-day experience with our private driver, Arta. From the moment we met him, he was extremely nice, professional, and flexible, making sure the entire day was perfectly tailored to us. He brought us to two beautiful waterfalls—one of them, Goa Raja, was his recommendation and turned out to be an absolute highlight. For lunch, Arta recommended a charming warung with an outstanding view, which was exactly the kind of authentic experience we were looking for. In the afternoon, he guided us through the sacred rituals at Tirta Empul, making the visit feel truly special and meaningful. We ended the day exploring the famous rice fields before being dropped off at a great dinner spot that Arta had also recommended. What stood out the most was how thoughtful and knowledgeable Arta was throughout the entire day. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. We cannot recommend Arta enough—he made our trip unforgettable!

We had a great experience with our guide, Dode Batur. He was polite, friendly, and professional throughout the trip. Even though we got caught in traffic, we never felt bored because he kept the conversation interesting. His English was very good, so it was easy to communicate. He answered all my questions about the local culture and heritage, and I learned a lot from him. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable. Mi novia y yo pasamos recientemente un día en Bali que nunca olvidaremos, todo gracias a nuestro increíble guía turístico, Adi. De principio a fin, Adi hizo todo lo posible para que nuestra experiencia fuera inolvidable. No solo nos llevó a lugares populares; compartió historias, cultura y conocimientos que hicieron que el día se sintiera significativo y personal. Fue mucho más que solo hacer turismo. We loved this tour with our tour guide Yogi. We were the only two in the well air-conditioned vehicle. He took us to various places, basically everything on the list here. He was patient in answering all of our questions as well as waiting for us at each location until we were done. He would always go and fetch his car so we didn't have to walk in the sun. Very kind man and the places were very nice. I would highly recommend going to Alas Harum for the swing. It's free to enter this place but you'll have to pay for the swing. The Super Extreme Swing costs $200K IDR there but it's much cheaper if you buy it through Klook. In my personal opinion, it's much nicer than the Tegalalang Rice Terrace. At Tegalalang, you have to pay for taking pictures at certain places (20K) and "donate" to enter any further down. At Alas Harum, you can take pictures anywhere without a fee.

¡Una buena manera de ver Ubud en poco tiempo! Fui con algunas otras personas en el autobús, así que no me sentí tan solo. Pude ver la cascada, el bosque de monos, el palacio/mercado de Ubud y las terrazas de arroz. Aunque nos llevaron a Alas Harum Bali para las terrazas de arroz, que es básicamente una trampa para turistas y no muy auténtica. Yo diría que si tienes más tiempo, vayas a otra parte de las terrazas de arroz, o hagas la caminata por Campuhan Ridge, que es más pequeña pero sigue siendo hermosa (y gratuita). El atardecer en la caminata por la cresta también es increíble, jaja. Además, para el bosque de monos, ten cuidado de no usar nada brillante o suelto, ya que los monos tienen la tendencia a subirse a la gente y quitarte cosas.

We had a great time on the Ubud day tour. The van was comfortable, and our driver, Arta, was wonderful. He explained everything clearly and was very accommodating. He was patient while we took photos and made the trip enjoyable. If you book this tour, be sure to ask for Arta. Excellent service and a fun experience overall.

Absolutely brilliant. This is such good value! We did the Rice terrace, waterfall, Ubud Market and the monkey forest. Our driver waited for us at each location and was very nice and friendly. We had the car to ourselves and the air con was so refreshing between locations. I fully recommend this shuttle service. Its the best way to see Ubud in a cost effective manner.
