We had a wonderful experience on the Best of Ubud Private Tour. The itinerary was excellent, covering beautiful and iconic locations such as the Monkey Forest, Tegalalang Rice Terrace, Tirta Empul Temple, Goa Rang Reng Waterfall, and the coffee plantation. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and extremely accommodating throughout the day. Dede shared useful information about the attractions, recommended great photo spots, and ensured we were comfortable at every stop. Saya sangat menikmati tur air terjun. Bapak Risma sangat membantu dan berusaha keras menjelaskan segalanya, termasuk detail kecil dan atribut budaya Ubud. Sebaiknya pergi ke air terjun di pagi hari agar tidak terlalu ramai!

This was the perfect half-day tour for our family and one of the highlights of our time in Ubud. The itinerary was well planned, starting with a beautiful waterfall where our driver kindly guided us along the safest paths and helped us take some great family photos. We then visited the coffee plantation, which we really enjoyed, especially the tea and coffee tasting. The tour ended at the rice terraces, which were incredibly peaceful and the perfect way to relax. We also had one of the best pizzas we've ever eaten there—and we've had some fantastic pizza in Italy! Our driver was excellent. He drove safely, was friendly and knowledgeable, and had just the right amount of interaction—not too quiet, but not overly chatty either, which we really appreciated. Overall, this tour was an excellent value and a great way to experience some of Ubud's highlights. We would highly recommend it.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience. Our driver, Tegar, was very punctual and friendly, making the entire day enjoyable and stress-free. He went above and beyond to help our family, especially with our children. He was patient, accommodating, and always willing to assist, which made a huge difference throughout the day. The tour was well-organized, flexible and at our own pace. We would highly recommend this to anyone!

We visited three waterfalls, and each one was wonderfully unique. If you're coming to Ubud, it's definitely worth a visit! Our guide was kind and helpful, and listened to our requests. The coffee plantation had great views, and the tasting was very satisfying. We even bought some souvenir coffee. I'm so glad we booked this tour!

Ini adalah satu-satunya tur sehari yang kami pesan di Bali dan kami sangat menikmatinya. Sangat nyaman memiliki seseorang yang mengantar kami berkeliling selama setengah hari daripada harus memesan Grab & Gojek setiap saat. Dede sangat akomodatif dan berusaha keras untuk mengatasi kendala bahasa. Dia meminjamkan payungnya kepada kami ketika mulai hujan di Tegallalang dan tidak sekalipun dia membuat kami merasa bahwa dia mencoba menekan kami untuk membeli sesuatu yang tidak kami inginkan. Dia dengan senang hati menjawab semua pertanyaan yang kami miliki tentang kehidupan Bali dan masyarakat Indonesia (tentu saja tidak ada politik!) Perkebunan kopi bukanlah hal yang kami sukai, tetapi cukup menghibur untuk melihat cangkir-cangkir lucu itu.

Our day trip in Bali was absolutely fantastic, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Tegar! He is incredibly enthusiastic, friendly, and so easy to talk to throughout the day. He really went above and beyond for us—I accidentally lost my umbrella at the waterfall, and he actually managed to help me get it back! His positive energy and genuine helpfulness made the whole experience seamless and memorable. Highly recommend him!

Made was the warmest and most thoughtful tour guide we met in Bali. He picked us up at the hotel early in the morning and spent the drive introducing us to Bali culture, including agriculture, religion, and local attractions. We had many great conversations with him and truly got to see how friendly and welcoming Bali is. He took us to beautiful waterfall and rice terraces, and our favorite stop was the coffee plantation. The staff there were incredibly kind, and the coffee was so unique…we buy a lot lol! (we hope she gets to meet Zhang Linghe someday haha). Throughout the whole trip, Made stayed with us, helped take photos, and kept telling us to “enjoy your time.” We’re very grateful that he added warmth to our Bali journey.
