My husband and I booked the Happy Ayurveda. It was within walking distance from our accommodation at Conrad Bali, but we were grateful for the round-trip transfer service. The shop had a very pleasant aroma, and the spa room was clean and reassuring. I've experienced spas several times, but this was my first time with Ayurveda, and I was excited. I was relieved that the treatment chart was available in Japanese. There were also staff members who could speak Japanese, so communication was not an issue. You can choose from 18 types of aroma oils. The treatment was in a couple's room. First, we had a hot rattan massage (100 minutes), an aroma massage using heated bamboo. After that, Shirodhara (20 minutes), followed by a shower, and then a head spa (60 minutes), which was a blissful experience. I had three spa experiences during my stay in Bali, and this spa was my favorite.

Excellent! I was worried about unexpected issues, but I waited in the lobby for the driver (the massage parlor staff informed me the driver had arrived). The journey from my hotel wasn't far. Upon arrival, I started smelling the essential oils (choosing my favorite scent). There was a Chinese questionnaire for scent, intensity, areas to focus on, etc. (very professional 👍🏻). The staff was divided into consultants (confirming the plan, reception) and then the massage therapist who took me upstairs. The pressure was great! The service was spot on! The touch was soft and delicate, like an entire bottle of essential oil gliding over my skin. ❤️ The head spa felt amazing, flowing from my forehead to the back of my head, creating a tingling sensation. The final step was moving to another area for hair washing + conditioning + blow-drying + massage (head + shoulders and neck). 🥹🥹❤️ Body oil massage + hot stones. ❤️ After the massage, I entered a super-large bathtub to enjoy a bath. 🥹 The 300-minute/5-hour session ended up running over, a truly grand experience. 😎 Finally, the driver took me back to the hotel. ❤️❤️ A very comfortable experience. ❤️❤️ I will definitely visit again next time. ❤️❤️

This spa is truly amazing! First, there's a hotel shuttle service, and the driver was friendly and punctual. The environment is even better than the photos, clean and spacious. The service is also very professional. However, for the honeymoon package we chose, we couldn't select essential oils; it came with a chocolate scent, which smelled really good and delicious, haha! As soon as we entered, we were surprised by the meticulously decorated room – candles, rose petals, swan towels, everything was perfect! The 40-minute bath included a shower, snacks, and red wine, but the chocolate mask on the body was a bit difficult to wash off, so time management needs to be considered. I initially thought 40 minutes would be a long time, but it wasn't quite enough! Also, one thoughtful detail was that when lying face down, my face was looking at a bowl of frangipani flowers, instead of directly at the floor (of course, even with eyes closed, you could smell the fragrance). In summary, I highly recommend the honeymoon package!!

Due to other spas being fully booked and cancellations, I hastily rebooked. The original price included a pick-up service, but the honeymoon package I booked required an order six hours in advance. However, the spa still tried its best to accommodate, though I had to arrange my own transportation. The Klook platform should pay attention to merchant information to avoid customer inconvenience. Upon arrival, I realized the spa indeed needed time for preparation, and I truly appreciate them accepting my booking. Both my companion and I were extremely satisfied with the service quality and the staff's attitude. Later, I discovered their Google Maps rating was as high as 4.9, proving their excellent reputation is well-deserved and not built on giving away freebies.

The spa service was top-notch, and the honeymoon massage for couples was simply excellent. The tropical bath with fruits and cucumber was an absolute delight.

I received four massages in Bali, and this was my favorite. The massage that pressed and rubbed along my shoulder blades and up to my shoulders was truly an art. It was completely refreshing and the best massage I've ever had. I even booked another appointment for a different day! And the aromatherapy oil applied to my head was also wonderful.

I love the spa. The hotel pick-up was very convenient and money saver as our hotel is inside a gated area. The massage was wonderful. very relaxing. would definitely try the other packages next time.

I enjoyed every moment of the package. The therapist was amazing and the room was private, clean and comfortable. Make sure to come here when you are in the area!

I’ve tried many different massages in a few ASEAN countries, and this is by far the best massage experience I’ve ever had. There were many essential oil choices, and I chose the 'stress less' oil. It was really authentic and relaxing. I selected strong pressure, and the masseur did a very good job. The room and shower were very clean.
