I've had many massages while traveling, but the experience at Heavenly Spa was incomparably good. I could tell that the therapists were truly skilled, and the spa space itself was wonderful. I'd love to get another massage and relax here next time too! ^^

When I ordered, I thought the massage would be inside the hotel based on the pictures, but it was actually in a gazebo by the sea. Since it was an oil massage requiring me to take off my clothes, there was no privacy. I repeatedly asked if the curtains could be lowered, but they only gave us a piece of cloth to cover ourselves. During the massage, other hotel guests were active in nearby gazebos. It was a unique experience, but I hope it can be explained beforehand that the massage and oil massage are by the sea, and that there will be a private area for changing clothes.

We booked the itinerary for the 12th and also sent an email to confirm, but upon arriving at the activity site, the staff said they hadn't received our order information and asked us to change the date. After we provided all the order details and clearly stated that we needed to complete it that day, they suddenly became able to provide the service! I wonder if this is related to our order being placed through Klook?

I received the worst massage of my life. Absolutely do not use this service. The price isn't cheap, yet this hotel spa is worse than a 10,000 won street massage. First, you receive it in an outdoor cabana (I didn't pay attention when booking, so I only found out later). This outdoor cabana is only 2 meters from the beach road, so passersby can see both men and women getting massages with their backs completely exposed. Right next door, the sound of hammers from additional cabana construction was heard throughout the massage, and I could hear all the conversations of people passing by. There's no separate underwear provided, and you have to take off all your clothes, leaving only your panties, in an open space. My panties got covered in massage oil. We paid 150,000 won for two people for a service that felt like we were paying to advertise for them. Inside the cabana, insects kept flying around... there's more, but I'll stop here. I want to request a refund from Klook.
