Experiência de Spa no Royal Orchid Spa em Nusa Dua, Bali

We visited as a family of three (husband, wife + daughter). The interior of the shop and the spa rooms were very clean, which left a good impression. It was my daughter's first spa experience. We felt at ease because there was a staff member who understood Japanese. Also, the treatment chart was available in Japanese, so there were no issues. Of course, requests regarding the strength of the massage or areas not to be touched were also accepted. The spa rooms were divided into two: one for two people (my daughter and I) and one for one person (my husband). The spa began with a foot wash in water with floating flowers. I think it depends on the therapist, but the treatment was very pleasant. Finally, there was a flower bath, a beautiful rose bath. It was definitely Instagram-worthy. My daughter was also very happy with her first spa experience. After the treatment, we were driven back to the hotel, which was a great help.

The environment was nice and peaceful. Price is cheaper than what you would need to be paid on site & included pick up (although we didn’t need it). However the room only got one bath tub so you’d have to take turns when taking a bath, which leaves the other cold or in the shower. So maybe would be better suit for couples.

A dedicated person picks you up from the hotel, so customers don't have to worry about transportation. The driver is very friendly and drives smoothly. Upon entering the store, the staff greeted us warmly, offering cold towels to wipe away sweat and delicious iced ginger tea. They were very clear about all the order information, and the communication during the process was very smooth and detailed. The massage was also very thorough and thoughtful. It was very comfortable and truly great value for money. I booked in advance from Taiwan and used WhatsApp to confirm the order and appointment time. I highly recommend this experience to anyone staying in Nusa Dua; you will definitely leave feeling satisfied.

Booking a package through Klook and then contacting the store via WhatsApp to schedule an appointment was very convenient and saved us the trouble of a language barrier. When we arrived, the front desk staff could speak some Chinese. The environment was clean and elegant, and the masseuse's technique was excellent. The whole process was comfortable and relaxing. If we have the chance to come again, we will definitely choose this place.

It was great to relieve travel fatigue with a spa. The pick-up service meant I didn't have to worry about transportation, and the massage was refreshing and excellent. The facilities were also clean. For couples, the couple's spa seems like a good option. My skin felt softer after the scrub.

Loved my massage! The facilities were clean and comfortable and the staff all super friendly. Was offered a hot ginger tea on arrival as I filled out the form before being taken to the room for my massage. I got the 60min balinese massage and it was great! My masseuse-Bintang - made sure to find out what pressure was needed then proceeded to ensure I wax comfortable throughout. After I was able to use the ensuit to have a quick shower before chsnging back to sip on another ginger tea. Overall it was lovely.

We've booked the Couple Treatment at a great discounted value. The Spa was of traditional Balinese style: clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and tranquil. Massage was on point and relaxing. Scrub was rejuvenating.
