Los terapeutas son experimentados y hábiles. Cuentan con terapeutas tanto masculinos como femeninos. Recibimos un trato muy cálido y un servicio excelente de nuestros terapeutas, Devi y Yuyun, desde el principio hasta el final de nuestra sesión. Los masajes en sí mismos son una experiencia deliciosa y realmente relajante. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestros masajes y agradecimos el transporte de cortesía de ida y vuelta a nuestro hotel. I received a confirmation from Klook that my booking was complete, but the voucher didn't specify a time. I was wondering what to do when I immediately received a booking confirmation email from the spa, which put my mind at ease. When I requested an additional transfer, I received a prompt reply for that as well, which gave me a very organized impression. I was told that the restaurant and spa buildings are located outside the hotel's gate, but I couldn't see them from the reception. As I was guided inside by the therapist, I saw several independent spa villas. In a quiet environment, I was massaged with skilled techniques, and before I knew it, I was fast asleep, even though I felt it was a waste to fall asleep so quickly. I slept so soundly that I barely remember anything. The price for such a luxurious experience was incredibly low, making me wonder if it was a special offer. It might be for a limited time only. It took a long time to travel from Seminyak. I had estimated about 45 minutes if the roads were clear and had requested the pick-up with plenty of time to spare, but it actually took about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Since it was a transfer by the spa's (hotel's) car, I felt relieved that the driver was in contact during the traffic jam, but we were a little late for the start time. The return trip to the airport took about 50 minutes.

The overall environment is very comfortable and tranquil, as if enjoying aromatherapy in a forest! Masseuses Pita and Yuyun have excellent techniques and a gentle touch; their pressure is just right, truly a delightful experience! Friends visiting the Nusa Dua area in Bali should give it a try!

We experienced this spa on our last night in Bali, and it was absolutely wonderful. There was a complimentary pick-up service from our hotel, and when we arrived, we were welcomed into a beautiful private room just for the two of us. We enjoyed a refreshing welcome drink while filling out a short form before the treatment. Yuyun and Desi were amazing — their massage was so relaxing that the 90 minutes passed by in no time. I would love to visit again and request both of them when I return to Bali. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience!

My parents received a massage and said they were very satisfied because they were picked up from their hotel in the Nusa Dua area, which made transportation convenient. They also mentioned that the facilities were very clean and the massage oils were luxurious. They enjoyed a relaxing experience at a private villa spa and highly praised the massage therapists for being very polite and skilled. They expressed their intention to revisit and recommended the service.

Initially, I was a bit frustrated because communication was difficult, but when I requested it, they provided pick-up and drop-off services. Upon arriving at the shop, the facilities were completely private, the therapists were very kind, and the massage was smoothly and expertly done. The two hours passed too quickly, which was a shame. I highly recommend it if you're staying in the Nusa Dua area.
