The person used too much force in the wrong spot, hence the bruising. The price, service, and everything else are good, but the location itself is 10 meters away from what's shown on the map; it's located inside, not outside. The place is nice, cozy, and spacious, and there's also a free drink.

Value for money.... Complimentary round trip from hotel to the Hua Spa... Good service....

The location of the venue is a bit hidden. You need to navigate to Jimbaran Grand Ballroom. Yes, you read that right, the entrance to Hua Spa is right next to it. The therapist's technique was very experienced, no cutting corners. I booked the men's energy package, and they massaged for a full 2 hours. You can also shower afterwards, then happily get on the plane to sleep. Perfect! 😍

The environment is spacious, the masseuse's technique is on point, and the overall feeling is great!

The space is very large and comfortable. The masseuse was excellent, making me fall asleep without even realizing it. It felt wonderful!

The four-hand massage was really good and very comfortable. The ambiance was also nice, and the best part is that it's not far from Jimbaran Beach, making it very convenient to go for a sunset dinner after the massage.

We were a group of 17 people and made a reservation two weeks in advance. Upon arrival, a male manager (presumably) came to greet us and welcomed us very politely. We felt valued and were very happy. Hua Spa is located at the very back of a large plaza, past several shops. Once inside, it is very spacious and beautiful, with landscaped areas for photos. The reception staff professionally and quickly arranged our massage procedures. We booked the 'Signature Hua Massage and Hot Stone Massage,' with options for double and single rooms. The massage therapists were highly skilled, with just the right amount of pressure, hitting all the right spots. Everyone unanimously agreed it was the best massage we'd had in days. We were offered welcome ginger tea and flower tea after the massage. Overall, the value for money was excellent, at 1213 NTD for two hours. After the massage, everyone even said they wanted to visit again tomorrow. However, when we were drinking flower tea at the end, we accidentally broke a teacup and were charged 100,000 Indonesian Rupiah, which we felt was an unreasonable amount. The establishment should consider a more appropriate way to handle such incidents. We would like to thank the service staff for their warm hospitality again, especially the male manager!

The Qi massage really recommended for men as it can boost energy and improve blood circulation. The ambience here are so relaxing, throughout the 2 hours duration they really focused and fully utilised the hour. Really worth for a try. Their room provides good privacy without noise disruption from others.
