Zhangjiajie

I'm giving this 5 stars. The location is very close to the Forest Park. Although the lobby isn't overly luxurious, they offer complimentary sodas, ice cream, and popsicles, which are a must-have after a strenuous day of hiking. The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and the decor was very relaxing. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast was standard; nothing surprising, but I believe it's quite substantial compared to other hotel breakfasts in this area. The staff were friendly and helpful. I compared prices on other websites, and Klook offered a better deal. In summary: you can confidently book this hotel.

Traveled to different countries and by far, this resort was the best one I ever booked and stayed at. The front desk lady/ whoever’s on duty were all so nice and accomodating. The room itself was the best part! It was bigger than we expected, and so much clean. I had a very good sleep for the 2 nights we were there. Will definitely recommend this to friends who’ll be visiting Zhangjiajie or if I’d ever come back.

Had a wonderful stay at Metropolo Hotel! The room was spotless, and the service was excellent—staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-serviced place to stay.

Had an amazing two days. this two day tour is worth doing. highly recommend, however, there are hidden costs so be mindful. our guide Doris is such a lovely warm person, very helpful, respectful and on her way to becoming a No.1 tour guide.

Navigating these massive, bustling sites can easily become overwhelming, but Amy was an absolute lifesaver. She seamlessly managed the internal park transport and expertly navigated the VIP lines, ensuring we never had to wait long in the crowds. Thanks to her insider knowledge, we made the absolute best use of our time and enjoyed a stress-free experience. She also took some wonderful pictures to capture our memories along the way. she was so good that we booked her for the next day as well for Tiananmen Mountain! If you are planning a visit, I cannot recommend her highly enough because she is the perfect guide to bring this beautiful destination to life!

I booked the 2-day Classic Zhangjiajie tour through Klook, and it exceeded my expectations! From the moment I booked, I received prompt communication and clear pre-trip information. As a solo traveler, I didn't have to worry about planning my itinerary, transportation, or attraction tickets—everything was perfectly organized. Our tour guide was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and fluent in English. She planned the itinerary efficiently, covering Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, the breathtaking Yuanjiajie Avatar Peaks, and Tianmen Mountain. She also helped us skip long ticket queues, shared useful hiking tips, and kept us updated on the weather. Transportation was punctual and comfortable, and the local meals were authentic and delicious. The mist-covered sandstone peaks were simply breathtaking. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making the trip smooth and unforgettable. I highly recommend this Klook tour and hope to return one day with my family!

Har nettopp fullført dag 1 av vår guidede tur med guiden vår Phoenix og hadde den beste dagen. Dessverre var ikke været det beste, men Phoenix sørget for at vi hadde en flott tid, og hun var veldig kunnskapsrik om parken og sjekket alltid opp med oss gjennom dagen.
