Driver was on time and definitely made the trip easier for a group of 5. Since ZJJ does not have more than 4 seater available on Didi, this was a good option to travel together to/from the train station to the hotel ! p/s: no image since the car was similar to the picture given by Klook!

good trip to niagara fall, our driver and guide andrew was nice, funny and informative, drove safely and also no force buying any souvenirs. thanks for his great service. would recommend to travelers who visit toronto as one of the must-go trip.

Everything was perfect. The car picked me up at the hotel and took me to the Grand Canyon. It waited for me until the agreed-upon departure time, and then took me to the airport. I had little time for this visit, and it made everything much easier by picking me up, dropping me off, handling my luggage, and waiting for me. The only thing I can mention as an area for improvement is that I had to reach out to get the agency's contact information, as there was only one day left and I still hadn't heard who would be picking me up. However, they provided a contact, and I quickly called and coordinated everything without a problem. This allowed me to see the bridge and the Grand Canyon even though I didn't have much time. Klook is highly recommended.

A wonderful hotel! We arrived early and were immediately checked in without any extra charge. It's a convenient 10-minute walk to the cable car for "Heaven's Gate." There's also a pedestrian food street nearby. The staff is very attentive! 👍 Don't miss the 72 Towers and the Red Fox show, which are also close by!

Traveled to different countries and by far, this resort was the best one I ever booked and stayed at. The front desk lady/ whoever’s on duty were all so nice and accomodating. The room itself was the best part! It was bigger than we expected, and so much clean. I had a very good sleep for the 2 nights we were there. Will definitely recommend this to friends who’ll be visiting Zhangjiajie or if I’d ever come back.

I travel from country to country and have stayed in many hotels, but this hotel truly stood out! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced during my travels. Every staff member I encountered was professional, proficient, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The entire property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the location was absolutely perfect—convenient and ideally situated.
From the service to the cleanliness and location, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my stay such a positive and memorable experience! ❤️

Absolutely wonderful experience staying at no. 5 valley lodge! The staff went above and beyond with the level of service. If you plan to visit wulingyuan, they will arrange the tickets for you, advise you on the routes you should take for each day of your trip, and bring you to and from the park entrance (just a short ride). If you have any questions about the park, you can message them on wechat and they will advise accordingly. Once back from the park, you can send a message again to preorder your dinner - it'll be ready as soon as you sit down in the restaurant. Don't forget a swimsuit, because they have a heated pool with a mountain view.
