Driver was on time and definitely made the trip easier for a group of 5. Since ZJJ does not have more than 4 seater available on Didi, this was a good option to travel together to/from the train station to the hotel ! p/s: no image since the car was similar to the picture given by Klook!

good trip to niagara fall, our driver and guide andrew was nice, funny and informative, drove safely and also no force buying any souvenirs. thanks for his great service. would recommend to travelers who visit toronto as one of the must-go trip.

Everything was perfect. The car picked me up at the hotel and took me to the Grand Canyon. It waited for me until the agreed-upon departure time, and then took me to the airport. I had little time for this visit, and it made everything much easier by picking me up, dropping me off, handling my luggage, and waiting for me. The only thing I can mention as an area for improvement is that I had to reach out to get the agency's contact information, as there was only one day left and I still hadn't heard who would be picking me up. However, they provided a contact, and I quickly called and coordinated everything without a problem. This allowed me to see the bridge and the Grand Canyon even though I didn't have much time. Klook is highly recommended.

our tour guide Xu Jun’an was amazing and made our trip smooth and wonderfall. even there was a language barrier, but was not a problem at all as we used wechat for translation. big thanks to this wonderful experience

this tour provided seamless private transfer and organisation by the tour guide Vicky Liu and driver Richard who was knowledgeable about the qixingshan and zhangjiajie! she spoke very good English. I recommend doing the via Ferrara as an add-on option for a death defying thrilling experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Jam-Packed Day in Zhangjiajie!
We had an amazing day with our tour guide Wendy! We climbed all 999 steps up to Heaven’s Gate at Tianmen Mountain, then crossed the stunning Zhangjiajie Glass Canyon Bridge — what a thrill! Even with rain, the fun never stopped, and that’s a true credit to Wendy’s energy and enthusiasm.
The best part? It rained on us throughout the day, but honestly, it didn’t dampen the fun at all — that’s a testament to how engaging and enthusiastic Wendy was as a guide. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, its history, and its culture, and her English is excellent, making communication effortless for our group. She made what could have been a logistically complicated day feel completely smooth and stress-free. Transportation was smooth and well-organized throughout.
We’re already planning to come back in spring! If you’re visiting Zhangjiajie, book with Wendy — 5 stars all the way! 🌟
