The trip was excellently organized. Our guide, Rona, was very responsible and kind, and the driver was careful. The Avatar Mountains are impressive, but there were a lot of people. The cave was the most stunning experience: after the hot weather, it was wonderfully cool inside, and the beauty was incredible. Our guide led us everywhere without waiting in lines, and tickets were purchased in advance, which was very convenient. Time was also allotted for lunch at a good Chinese restaurant. A ride on a traditional Chinese boat on the lake was a pleasant end to our trip.

Driver was on time and definitely made the trip easier for a group of 5. Since ZJJ does not have more than 4 seater available on Didi, this was a good option to travel together to/from the train station to the hotel ! p/s: no image since the car was similar to the picture given by Klook!

good trip to niagara fall, our driver and guide andrew was nice, funny and informative, drove safely and also no force buying any souvenirs. thanks for his great service. would recommend to travelers who visit toronto as one of the must-go trip.

Everything was perfect. The car picked me up at the hotel and took me to the Grand Canyon. It waited for me until the agreed-upon departure time, and then took me to the airport. I had little time for this visit, and it made everything much easier by picking me up, dropping me off, handling my luggage, and waiting for me. The only thing I can mention as an area for improvement is that I had to reach out to get the agency's contact information, as there was only one day left and I still hadn't heard who would be picking me up. However, they provided a contact, and I quickly called and coordinated everything without a problem. This allowed me to see the bridge and the Grand Canyon even though I didn't have much time. Klook is highly recommended.

I'm giving this 5 stars. The location is very close to the Forest Park. Although the lobby isn't overly luxurious, they offer complimentary sodas, ice cream, and popsicles, which are a must-have after a strenuous day of hiking. The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and the decor was very relaxing. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast was standard; nothing surprising, but I believe it's quite substantial compared to other hotel breakfasts in this area. The staff were friendly and helpful. I compared prices on other websites, and Klook offered a better deal. In summary: you can confidently book this hotel.

A wonderful hotel! We arrived early and were immediately checked in without any extra charge. It's a convenient 10-minute walk to the cable car for "Heaven's Gate." There's also a pedestrian food street nearby. The staff is very attentive! 👍 Don't miss the 72 Towers and the Red Fox show, which are also close by!
