Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Tickets can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 30 minutes or more

Redemption information

• Via Ferrata restrictions: 1. Weight: Line 1: under 100kg; Line 2: under 90kg. 2. Age: Line 1: 12-60 years old (minors must be accompanied by family throughout); Line 2: 16-55 years old. 3. Not pregnant, no heart disease, mental illness, asthma, epilepsy, or other diseases that may affect high-altitude activities. If the conditions are not met and a refund for the Via Ferrata ticket is required, a cost fee of 168 yuan will be deducted. Other activities are not subject to this restriction.

Eligibility

• Children aged 0-16 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children with a height of 120cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children with a height of 120cm or below can enter free of charge
• Participants must be aged under 85 to take part in this activity
