I'm giving this 5 stars. The location is very close to the Forest Park. Although the lobby isn't overly luxurious, they offer complimentary sodas, ice cream, and popsicles, which are a must-have after a strenuous day of hiking. The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and the decor was very relaxing. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast was standard; nothing surprising, but I believe it's quite substantial compared to other hotel breakfasts in this area. The staff were friendly and helpful. I compared prices on other websites, and Klook offered a better deal. In summary: you can confidently book this hotel.

Absolutely wonderful experience staying at no. 5 valley lodge! The staff went above and beyond with the level of service. If you plan to visit wulingyuan, they will arrange the tickets for you, advise you on the routes you should take for each day of your trip, and bring you to and from the park entrance (just a short ride). If you have any questions about the park, you can message them on wechat and they will advise accordingly. Once back from the park, you can send a message again to preorder your dinner - it'll be ready as soon as you sit down in the restaurant. Don't forget a swimsuit, because they have a heated pool with a mountain view.

Had a wonderful stay at Metropolo Hotel! The room was spotless, and the service was excellent—staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-serviced place to stay.

Tour was amazing. Guide was knowledgeable about everything. We had a grandparent and 2 young kids, and she made the trip possible for everyone in our group. It's a massive park, and she is very efficient at finding shortest lines, vip lines if you want (I highly recommend if you have young kids and older parents), good rest stops, bathroom breaks, photo ops. It's a must see in ZJJ. Tour guide will help you coordinate and customize your day however you like. 100% recommend.

Guide for Zhangjiajie name Yn, he quite good with explanations and keep trying to help us even though we need translation. Enjoying this trip. For Tianmen Mountain our guide name 唐导 , and she ao helpful and same with first guide showing us around and keep explaining in word that we can understand.

We had an amazing experience. The booking process was very easy and straightforward, we communicated directly with tour operator who was very helpful and castomised the experience to our linking. He was very easy to communicate to and very responsive. He helped us find the spots in the park we were looking for and provided useful tips and maps. He really went extra mile to make our experience amazing. We highly recommend it!

We had an absolutely wonderful private tour with Wendy at the Avatar Mountains (Zhangjiajie) and Furong Town, and I can't recommend her enough!
The weather wasn't on our side that day, but Wendy made sure we still had an incredible experience. Her knowledge of the area, warm personality, and genuine care for our group made all the difference. She kept the energy positive throughout and made sure we didn't miss anything worth seeing.
Our driver and transfers were smooth and comfortable — everything was well-coordinated from start to finish. For a private family tour, the value for money was outstanding. We felt well taken care of without feeling rushed.

The driver picked us up on time and was very polite. On the way back, we asked if he could take us to a pharmacy near the hotel, and he did. The service was excellent.
