Everything was perfect. The car picked me up at the hotel and took me to the Grand Canyon. It waited for me until the agreed-upon departure time, and then took me to the airport. I had little time for this visit, and it made everything much easier by picking me up, dropping me off, handling my luggage, and waiting for me. The only thing I can mention as an area for improvement is that I had to reach out to get the agency's contact information, as there was only one day left and I still hadn't heard who would be picking me up. However, they provided a contact, and I quickly called and coordinated everything without a problem. This allowed me to see the bridge and the Grand Canyon even though I didn't have much time. Klook is highly recommended.

Our tour guide, Andrew was an absolute delight and extremely welcoming. He was very down to earth, knowledgeable and engaging. Our friends have the same tour booked under our recommendation so hopefully they get Andrew! Only thing that could be improved would be the timing - it was quite tight but through no fault of the tour guide. We were in a larger group and there were people lagging behind (e.g. hopping off the bus slowly ~10min wasted) and multiple times people were late to the bus (the same group were 10min late and decided to change on the bus and hold us all back, and on another occasion a man was 15min late to the bus). In total we probably wasted 30min due to these customers but Andrew remained kind and engaging the entire time. A small suggestion would be to enforce the time limit and remind them sternly, because it was quite unfair for the other paying customers on the same bus. However this tour was definitely worth every cent and Niagara was absolutely stunning.

It was exceptional. Our guide, James, picked us up at the hotel. We were a small group of 8, and we don't regret getting VIP tickets. James was wonderful with us; he took us to all the essential spots, and the views were magnificent. Without him, we would have been lost. I truly recommend this excursion, and our guide also deserves 5 stars.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Jam-Packed Day in Zhangjiajie!
We had an amazing day with our tour guide Wendy! We climbed all 999 steps up to Heaven’s Gate at Tianmen Mountain, then crossed the stunning Zhangjiajie Glass Canyon Bridge — what a thrill! Even with rain, the fun never stopped, and that’s a true credit to Wendy’s energy and enthusiasm.
The best part? It rained on us throughout the day, but honestly, it didn’t dampen the fun at all — that’s a testament to how engaging and enthusiastic Wendy was as a guide. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, its history, and its culture, and her English is excellent, making communication effortless for our group. She made what could have been a logistically complicated day feel completely smooth and stress-free. Transportation was smooth and well-organized throughout.
We’re already planning to come back in spring! If you’re visiting Zhangjiajie, book with Wendy — 5 stars all the way! 🌟

Serena was a great tour guide. she was very sweet and explained things clearly to my daughter and I. Her English was very good and easy to understand. She helped us navigate easily through the zip line and glass bridge. We even did a giant slide after the zip line which we had no idea about and it was one of the highlights. She took many photos for us and knew all the best places to stand to get the best shots. This was a day of many beautiful sites but also lots of adventure and fun, definitely worth booking and ask for Serena.

The Tour was amazing. We were picked up on time. The drive was very smooth and comfortable. We went in the afternoon, so we could see the beautiful day and night view of Furong. For us it was a perfect day.

Julie was an amazing guide. She really made my day and trip memorable. she was very informative and helpful and bubbly. A very supportive and kind person to have on an adventure like this especially if you are solo. She also did a wonderful job guiding me to different views and sites on the mountain.
