Clean and relatively new hotel rooms in a convenient and quiet area of Wulingyuan. I recommend including the hotel breakfast in your stay if you’re going on a tour since it’s convenient and has both western and Asian options. Hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and main tourist area.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. Clean room and reception hall. Staff service is the world class.

Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan was amazing, the mountains and trails are unreal. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate when we were there, so it was mostly cloudy and wet. If you go, hope for clear skies, it makes a huge difference.

Food was good. Staff was great. And close to everything.

Beautiful stay in Zhangjiajie with amazing views of the scenery. This hotel was right on the main road that was walkable for dining options. Amentities in the hotel were amazing and breakfast buffet had all kinds of options and varied day to day on certain dishes. Even had a live cooking station for breakfast.

This hotel exceeded my expectation in every aspect. The property was clean and new. Staffs were friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The family suite was very spacios and we enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely recommend this hotel!

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. We were able to book our trip stress free through the hotel to Zhangjiajie National Park. Room was outstanding and would highly recommend.

We had a very pleasant and unforgettable stay… our Butler, Joana, was superb in her service… she acted above and beyond her call of duty… from the very start, her constant communication made us at ease with our travel arrangements. the rest of the staff were also very nice despite communication barrier… we always love Hilton and its chain of hotel… it has always been our choice whenever we travel, selection for choices of food in the breakfast buffet was plenty… servers were courteous…

The most friendly and helpful staff I’ve met in a hotel. The location is excellent and the maintenance of the facilities is impeccable. Thumbs up! 👍👍
