From the very beginning, her warmth, professionalism, and flawless organization made us feel completely taken care of.We visited the Bailong Elevator, Hallelujah Mountain, and Tianzi Mountain. Navigating these massive, bustling sites can easily become overwhelming, but Amy was an absolute lifesaver. She seamlessly managed the internal park transport and expertly navigated the VIP lines, ensuring we never had to wait long in the crowds. Thanks to her insider knowledge, we made the absolute best use of our time and enjoyed a stress-free experience. She also took some wonderful pictures to capture our memories along the way. she was so good that we booked her for the next day as well for Tiananmen Mountain! If you are planning a visit, I cannot recommend her highly enough because she is the perfect guide to bring this beautiful destination to life!

We had an excellent experience with our tour guide, Seven. She was professional, and exceptionally well-organized throughout the entire tour. Managing a group of tourists with different walking speeds, interests, and requests is never easy, but Seven handled it very well. She was attentive to everyone's needs, ensured that the group stayed together while maintaining a smooth schedule. Seven spoke English throughout the tour, making communication easy and enjoyable for international visitors. What stood out most was her careful planning and ability to minimize waiting times by arranging bookings in advance for each attraction. The Glass Bridge and Tianmen Mountain package tour was excellent value for money. Thanks to Seven's efficient coordination, we were able to fully appreciate these spectacular attractions without unnecessary delays. We highly recommend Seven to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. Her professionalism, organization, and dedication made our tour memorable and enjoyable.

everything is excelent. The english for the guide is good, we understand everything. The time arrangement is good. The guide is good for taking pictures hahaha. He is care about us. He know everything in the mountain.

Fantastic day tour to Tianmen Mountain and the Glass Bridge. Our guide impressed us with great professionalism. His English was fluent, and he knew every corner of the scenic spots very well. Everything ran smoothly from hotel transfer to sightseeing arrangements. Instead of simply showing us landmarks, he brought vivid background stories for each attraction. The small group size offered a relaxing journey. We didn’t need to worry about logistics at all. Worth every penny!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ En absolutt fullpakket dag i Zhangjiajie! Vi hadde en fantastisk dag med vår turguide Wendy! Vi klatret alle 999 trinnene opp til Himmelporten ved Tianmen-fjellet, og krysset deretter den fantastiske Zhangjiajie Glass Canyon Bridge – for en spenning! Selv med regn stoppet moroa aldri, og det er en sann ære for Wendys energi og entusiasme. Det beste? Det regnet på oss hele dagen, men ærlig talt dempet det ikke moroa i det hele tatt – det er et bevis på hvor engasjerende og entusiastisk Wendy var som guide. Hun er utrolig kunnskapsrik om området, dets historie og kultur, og engelsken hennes er utmerket, noe som gjorde kommunikasjonen uanstrengt for gruppen vår. Hun gjorde det som kunne ha vært en logistisk komplisert dag, helt jevn og stressfri. Transporten var jevn og godt organisert hele veien. Vi planlegger allerede å komme tilbake til våren! Serena was a great tour guide. she was very sweet and explained things clearly to my daughter and I. Her English was very good and easy to understand. She helped us navigate easily through the zip line and glass bridge. We even did a giant slide after the zip line which we had no idea about and it was one of the highlights. She took many photos for us and knew all the best places to stand to get the best shots. This was a day of many beautiful sites but also lots of adventure and fun, definitely worth booking and ask for Serena.

this was a magical, and wonderful experience for my family of four (9 & 11). we walked the 999 steps took beautiful photos and had probably what will be the best experience in China ever. our guide Asher was the best. friendly and made the trip so smooth. we will remember our time with him always. definitely worth it in terms of itinerary. he is a local to zhangjaijie so he knew all the tricks to make the trip the best. thanks again and I’d recommend it.
