our tour guide Xu Jun’an was amazing and made our trip smooth and wonderfall. even there was a language barrier, but was not a problem at all as we used wechat for translation. big thanks to this wonderful experience

easy to navigate the tour luckily saw the tianmen mountain without the fog covers eventually. very fun experience

this tour provided seamless private transfer and organisation by the tour guide Vicky Liu and driver Richard who was knowledgeable about the qixingshan and zhangjiajie! she spoke very good English. I recommend doing the via Ferrara as an add-on option for a death defying thrilling experience.

I’m really glad I booked this tour. I was picked up from my hotel, water and a free bumbag was also provided and the service was phenomenal. Archie was an amazing tour guide. he took great care of us and explained every site we visited very well. we also spoke casually and he as a great individual to speak to. I’d highly recommend this tour as you get a lot done.

We climbed all 999 steps up to Heaven’s Gate at Tianmen Mountain, then crossed the stunning Zhangjiajie Glass Canyon Bridge — what a thrill! Even with rain, the fun never stopped, and that’s a true credit to Wendy’s energy and enthusiasm. The best part? It rained on us throughout the day, but honestly, it didn’t dampen the fun at all — that’s a testament to how engaging and enthusiastic Wendy was as a guide. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, its history, and its culture, and her English is excellent, making communication effortless for our group. She made what could have been a logistically complicated day feel completely smooth and stress-free. Transportation was smooth and well-organized throughout. We’re already planning to come back in spring! If you’re visiting Zhangjiajie, book with Wendy — 5 stars all the way! 🌟

Fantastic day tour to Tianmen Mountain and the Glass Bridge. Our guide impressed us with great professionalism. His English was fluent, and he knew every corner of the scenic spots very well. Everything ran smoothly from hotel transfer to sightseeing arrangements. Instead of simply showing us landmarks, he brought vivid background stories for each attraction. The small group size offered a relaxing journey. We didn’t need to worry about logistics at all. Worth every penny!

Managing a group of tourists with different walking speeds, interests, and requests is never easy, but Seven handled it very well. An absolutely spectacular and unique experience! We thoroughly enjoyed the Avatar Mountains tour from the first minute to the last. A huge thank you goes to our fantastic tour guide: thanks to their immense knowledge and great stories, we learned an incredible amount. this was a magical, and wonderful experience for my family of four (9 & 11). we walked the 999 steps took beautiful photos and had probably what will be the best experience in China ever. our guide Asher was the best. friendly and made the trip so smooth. we will remember our time with him always. definitely worth it in terms of itinerary. he is a local to zhangjaijie so he knew all the tricks to make the trip the best. thanks again and I’d recommend it.
