Archie was an amazing tour guide. he took great care of us and explained every site we visited very well. we also spoke casually and he as a great individual to speak to. We climbed all 999 steps up to Heaven’s Gate at Tianmen Mountain, then crossed the stunning Zhangjiajie Glass Canyon Bridge — what a thrill! Even with rain, the fun never stopped, and that’s a true credit to Wendy’s energy and enthusiasm. The best part? It rained on us throughout the day, but honestly, it didn’t dampen the fun at all — that’s a testament to how engaging and enthusiastic Wendy was as a guide. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, its history, and its culture, and her English is excellent, making communication effortless for our group. She made what could have been a logistically complicated day feel completely smooth and stress-free. Transportation was smooth and well-organized throughout. We’re already planning to come back in spring! If you’re visiting Zhangjiajie, book with Wendy — 5 stars all the way! 🌟

We had an excellent experience with our tour guide, Seven. She was professional, and exceptionally well-organized throughout the entire tour. Managing a group of tourists with different walking speeds, interests, and requests is never easy, but Seven handled it very well. She was attentive to everyone's needs, ensured that the group stayed together while maintaining a smooth schedule. Seven spoke English throughout the tour, making communication easy and enjoyable for international visitors. What stood out most was her careful planning and ability to minimize waiting times by arranging bookings in advance for each attraction. The Glass Bridge and Tianmen Mountain package tour was excellent value for money. Fantastic day tour to Tianmen Mountain and the Glass Bridge. Our guide impressed us with great professionalism. His English was fluent, and he knew every corner of the scenic spots very well. Everything ran smoothly from hotel transfer to sightseeing arrangements. Instead of simply showing us landmarks, he brought vivid background stories for each attraction. The small group size offered a relaxing journey. We didn’t need to worry about logistics at all. Worth every penny!

this tour provided seamless private transfer and organisation by the tour guide Vicky Liu and driver Richard who was knowledgeable about the qixingshan and zhangjiajie! she spoke very good English. I recommend doing the via Ferrara as an add-on option for a death defying thrilling experience.
