Great location, within earshot of Hakata station, which is also near Fukuoka Airport. Self check-in machines but staff is on-site to assist too, room is a little small but is doable.

Hotel was a bit dated. The spa is outdoor so when it rained, you cannot enjoy it well. Good thing is it opens till 2am. Some road work nearby. Relatively quiet neighborhood otherwise.

the room is so wonderfully spacious for my family of 4, nice decoration and the complimentary coffee was good! Good location to subway and within walking distance to shopping areas. Hotel even provided different type of pillows. staff were friendly and spoke good English generally.

Amazing stay with friendly staff, at a clean and modern hotel. Location was perfect walking distance from Hakata Station, with an amazing food options in front of the hotel. (Bakery on 1st floor was amazing, Starbucks next door, 7-11 across the street, and a 24hr gyudon place across the streeet.)

Our experience at this hotel was exceptional. Check-in was fast, and the receptionist warmly welcomed us. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful view. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness during our stay. The location is perfectโwalking distance to malls and restaurants. Overall, a wonderful stay. Will definitely return!โ

Very good location and easy to access, just walk 3 min from subway station. Very close to tourism location by walk such as Hakata Riverain , Tenjin station, Kawabata Shopping Arcade , Canal City , Kushida Shrine etc.
the important is I got the best price from Klook. Hahaha . Itโs so Goodddd.

The place is very near the JR Hakata Station and having a child, it is very convenient for us to go back and forth whenever we left something. Also, the room is quite big than the normal size of the rooms in Japan. We will surely book this hotel again.

this hotel costs more than the usual hotel but we had absolutely no regrets booking this. itโs so conveniently located next to the main Hakata station which makes travelling super efficient. the malls and eateries within the station offers lots of options too. we also joined day tours and the pick up is right outside the hotel. similarly the airport bus stop is right outside. overall the hotel has everything you need and the decor is clean and aesthetic. the staff are also very helpful and friendly. 10/10!
