A wonderful hotel with friendly and helpful staff! I was very impressed by my stay, especially the delicious breakfast. I also truly appreciated the in-room massage service—the massage therapist, Ms. Rie, was incredibly nice and professional. I will definitely come back again next time!

the best 5 star hotel near the station. very accessible either underground or on the street. klook has the best rate and it even comes with free breakfast which we had to choose between a buffet or the traditional japanese breakfast. we picked the buffet and it was superb and appetising. check in and check out was seamless and what was surprising was the bell person was a girl and she wasnt surprised how heavy my luggage was but i did help her. overall its one of the hotels I had stayed in japan and the room was spaceous enough to fit my 4 big luggage.

About 7min walking distance from JR Hakata station/bus terminal. There is an option of underground access without exposure to the heat/cold. Hotel is a little old but nonetheless still grand and well maintained. Staff are very professional and helpful. Rooms are big. We did not get to use the facilities.

We stayed here for two nights, the hotel is located right next to Hakata station. The staffs are friendly and good at English. However, the hotel is a bit old and the facilities are quite outdated. Overall, this hotel provides good value for money

Good location, just few minutes walk from bus terminal , train station and shopping spots. Room size is reasonable, can open 2 luggage with ease. Room is clean and tidy. Only downside is lack of foreign TV channel but it won’t stop me from coming again.

Nice location with great team. Hotel a bit old still they maintain well. Breakfast has 2 choices which are international buffet or Japanese set meal. It was a surprise that hotel does not have any onsen/spa facilities. Thanks for the concierge team to arrange taxi for us when we left for airport. Overall it was great comfy stay. Thanks🙏🏻
