The staff on duty that day were very thoughtful and even sent reminders, even though I got a little lost. The instructor was meticulous and very patient, and I even bought a few extra handmade soaps. I'll definitely go back again next time.

On June 19th, my family and I went on a Yehliu, Shifen, Jiufen, and Jinguashi day tour with our guide, Bongbong. At first, I wondered why the cost was different from other places and what made it unique. But from the moment we arrived at the first stop, I understood why it was Indigo Travel and why the price was absolutely worth it. My elderly mother, who rarely laughs so heartily, was smiling brightly from morning until 8 PM, thanks to our entertaining guide. I want to sincerely thank Bongbong once again. Although I was exhausted when we got back to our accommodation, it was a truly fulfilling day. Bongbong, we were Team 1, and I will definitely recommend Indigo Travel and Bongbong to any friends who visit Taiwan. I'd love to write more compliments, but my eyes are getting heavy. I'm Nanyong, and I recently went on the Yehliu, Shifen, and Jiufen bus tour with Bonbon, my guide, all by myself! First off, it was such a pleasant surprise to find a Korean-speaking guide tour in Taiwan! (It's the off-season now, so many tours are canceled, but Indigo Travel wasn't! 🫶🏼) I travel for business to various countries, but this was my first time using Indigo Travel. Thanks to Guide Bonbon, my first impression was so positive that I'll probably look for Indigo Travel products first for future trips to other countries, too, haha. Also, I was a little worried at first since I was traveling alone, but the guide contacted me personally via KakaoTalk and continuously looked out for me during the trip, so I never felt lonely at all... 🥹 (Guide Bonbon is the best!) They proactively approached me at each tourist spot, asking, "Would you like me to take your picture?" Thanks to them, I was able to capture so many beautiful photos even while traveling solo, lol. (I plan to make good use of all those hard-earned photos!) Especially on the bus, they explained Taiwan's history, culture, and local stories in such an easy and fun way that there was never a dull moment, even during long journeys (I had many questions about Chiang Kai-shek after a recent business trip to China). They also shared tips on good restaurants, shopping, and useful information for independent travel, which made the experience incredibly satisfying. Although the rainy weather couldn't be helped, I was impressed by how meticulously they ensured the itinerary proceeded as comfortably as possible despite it! In fact, I think I was able to enjoy the atmosphere of rainy Jiufen and Shifen Waterfall in a unique way. For those traveling alone, or those who want to comfortably explore the outskirts of Taiwan with their parents or family, I confidently recommend a tour with the cheerful and delightful Guide Bonbon! My girlfriend and I went on the Jiufen, Yehliu, and Shifen tour. I usually prefer independent travel and don't often use tours, but this one was truly satisfying. The convenient transportation was especially great. If we had used public transport, it would have taken a lot of time and been physically exhausting, but traveling comfortably by bus allowed us to focus solely on sightseeing. Our guide was also very kind and made the explanations interesting, so there was never a dull moment. They also pointed out great photo spots and took beautiful couple photos for us, allowing us to create many wonderful memories. The night view of Jiufen exceeded our expectations, and the sky lantern experience in Shifen was special. Yehliu Geopark was much more impressive in person than in pictures. My girlfriend was so satisfied that she said it was the most memorable part of our Taiwan trip. If you're visiting for the first time, I highly recommend booking this tour; you won't regret it. I'd love to use this tour again if I come back to Taiwan. 😊

We had an amazing reflexology and massage experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. The therapist was highly skilled and applied just the right amount of pressure, helping to relieve tension and stress throughout my body. The reflexology treatment was especially relaxing and left my back feeling energized. The massage helped ease muscle soreness and improved my overall sense of well-being. The atmosphere was clean, peaceful, and comfortable, making it easy to fully unwind. We left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and much lighter than when I arrived. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality reflexology and massage services.

You can milk cows inside, and although it's a bit wet, staff are constantly mopping. There's a 2-hour time limit, and the flow of traffic is well-planned. The only downside is that children over 6 years old are not allowed on the inflatable attractions.

A great experience! The shop is small and clean, and there's no hard selling. After my visit, I definitely want to sign up for a membership! It's perfect for my monthly self-care and relaxation.
