The staff on the day were very attentive and even reminded me, even though I got a little lost. The professor was thorough and very patient, and I even bought a few extra handmade soaps. I will definitely go again next time.

On June 19th, my family and I went on a Yehliu, Shifen, and Jiufen day tour with our guide, Bongbong. At first, I wondered why the cost was different from other places, what the difference could be. But from the moment we arrived at the first stop, I understood why it was Indigo Travel and why it was worth every penny. My elderly mother, who rarely laughs so heartily, was smiling brightly from morning until 8 PM thanks to our entertaining guide. I sincerely thank Bongbong once again. Although we were exhausted upon returning to our accommodation, it was a truly fulfilling day. Bongbong, we were Team 1, and we will actively recommend Indigo Travel and Bongbong to our friends who visit Taiwan. I wish I could write more praise, but my eyes are getting heavy. I'm Nanyong, and I went on the Yehliu, Shifen, and Jiufen bus tour alone with Guide Bongbong! First of all, I was really happy to find a Korean guide tour in Taiwan! (It's off-season now, so many tours are canceled, but Indigo is not 🫶🏼) I travel for business to many countries, but this was my first time using Indigo Travel. Thanks to Guide Bongbong, my first impression was so good that I think I'll look for Indigo Travel products first when I travel to other countries in the future, haha. Also, I was a little worried at first because I was alone, but the guide contacted me first via personal KakaoTalk and continued to take care of me during the trip, so I didn't feel lonely at all.. 🥹 (Guide Bongbong is the best!) At each tourist spot, they would approach me first and ask, "Would you like me to take a picture for you?" Thanks to that, I was able to take so many beautiful photos even though I was traveling alone, lol. (I'm going to make good use of all those hard-working photos.) Especially on the bus, they explained the history and culture of Taiwan, as well as local stories, in an easy and fun way, so the long journey was never boring (I had many questions about Chiang Kai-shek after a recent business trip to China). They also gave me tips on good restaurants, shopping, and information that would be helpful for independent travel, so I was completely satisfied. Although the rainy weather was unavoidable, I was impressed by how meticulously they took care of us to ensure the schedule proceeded as comfortably as possible! In fact, I think I was able to enjoy the atmosphere of rainy Jiufen and Shifen Waterfall in a unique way. For those traveling alone, or those who want to comfortably explore the outskirts of Taiwan with their parents or family, I confidently recommend a tour with the cheerful and delightful Guide Bongbong! I went on a Jiufen, Yehliu, and Shifen tour with my girlfriend. I usually prefer independent travel and don't often use tours, but this time I was truly satisfied. It was especially great that transportation was convenient. If we had gone by public transport, it would have taken a lot of time and been physically exhausting, but we were able to travel comfortably by bus and focus solely on sightseeing. Our guide was also very kind and explained things in an interesting way, so there was never a dull moment. They also pointed out good photo spots and took beautiful couple photos for us, allowing us to create many wonderful memories. The night view of Jiufen was beyond my expectations, and the experience of releasing sky lanterns in Shifen was special. Yehliu Geopark was also much more magnificent in person than in pictures. My girlfriend was so satisfied that she said it was the most memorable part of this Taiwan trip. If you are visiting for the first time, I don't think you'll regret booking this tour. I would like to use it again if I come back to Taiwan. 😊
