Fantastic 5.0
the hokkaido jr pass in 7 days is extremely useful. it helped me to take train to everywhere in long distance. everywhere you want to go can get to reach at there. especially to go to northern Hokkaido is quite far away. 稚內jr train station needs 3 hours and 45 minutes to get at there from 旭川. afterwards to reach 千岁city from 旭川. previously I usd it to get reach at eastern part of Hokkaido. so easy to take train by ordering tickets at jr stations. if take by bus it takes too long time. train is a better choice to choose is a better decision.

love the convenience with JR pass as it connects all the places of interest via Shinkansen. Juz that it’s getting more and more expensive… news reported it’ll increase price again this October so I better use it now 😂Klook has made purchase easy and convenient. I received the pass in less than 5days via DHL 👍🏻

It's only available for JR lines, but it was great for traveling to the airport, Sapporo, Otaru, and Noboribetsu. However, when I went, Sapporo Station was incredibly crowded, possibly due to heavy snow, and there were quite a few train delays..ㅠ

When planning your itinerary, calculate whether the JR Pass is cost-effective for taking the Shinkansen and trains. For subways, trains, and buses, you'll need a Suica card, which is also convenient! You don't have to buy tickets before each trip on the Shinkansen, and you'll also need to buy reserved seats for the Shinkansen! The JR Pass can be used as a single card, which is very convenient for visiting various remote attractions!

This trip's itinerary is: Day 1: Narita Airport to Tokyo Station via Narita Express (N'EX), then transfer to the Shinkansen to Yamagata Station. Day 2: Yamagata → Shinjo → Oishida → Yamagata. Originally planned to take a boat tour on the Mogami River, but due to heavy snow, we turned back and went to Ginzan Onsen. Day 3: Took the cable car to Zao in the morning, then took the Shinkansen in the afternoon from Yamagata → Fukushima → Sendai → Tazawako. Day 4: Rode the Tazawako Lake Loop Bus, then took the train from Tazawako → Morioka → Shin-Aomori (Shin-Aomori → Aomori section of the JR line was suspended due to heavy snow, so we took a bus into the city). Day 5: Sightseeing in Aomori city. Shin-Aomori → Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto → Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto → Hakodate (JR Pass, Hakodate Liner is also usable!). Took the cable car up Mount Hakodate to see the night view. Day 6: Strolled around Hakodate city. Hakodate → Toya (Hokuto Limited Express) → Toya Ekimae → Lake Toya Onsen (bus). Enjoyed the Lake Toya Winter Festival Illumination and Musical Fireworks at night, it was incredibly beautiful.

It was very convenient to avail this service. Days before our trip, someone chatted me to confirm our itinerary (we chose Route B but added Furano Cheese Factory to start), and recommended times to meet the service maximum time. Our driver Willis was very accommodating and kind. Our family of 9 enjoyed Furano and Biei with this service. Thank you!

We had a really great time on this tour. Driver Li made sure we arrived safely at every location and was always very patient while waiting for us. When our daughter fell ill, he truly went above and beyond by checking which clinics accepted foreigners, bringing us there, and waited while we saw the doctor and collected the medicine. We are very grateful for his kindness and help. Thank you so much.
