Sapporo Car Rental with Driver: Biei, Furano, Noboribetsu, Lake Toya

We booked with the same company for three days and we were assigned the same driver, Jun-san. He spoke English well, was punctual (early even) and provided us with helpful information. The vehicle was comfortable and Jun-san drove safely. We are glad we booked a private car and driver for our trips to Furano, Otaru and the outskirts of Sapporo. The convenience, time and energy saved was well worth the cost.

All good. Our driver Yang took us to all the good spots and could speak English well. He was also flexible and let us make the most out of our time. I would suggest to not visit the bear park next time as it seems to be in poor inhumane condition, and overcrowded. The other stops in Noboribetsu and Toya were beautiful even on a gloomy day.

Our driver was Ms Amy and she was a really good and safe driver. She was punctual and accommodating to our preferred itinerary. She was completely transparent with us regarding the travelling distance and duration for each of our chosen location; she recommended the most optimal route to see as much as we could within the 10 hours. Do note that Furano and Biei are quite a drive out of Sapporo, with travelling duration of almost 3 hours to Biei and 2.5 hours back to Sapporo from Furano. Would recommend this private driver package for those without a car and looking to have a private travelling experience.

My driver was Mr 全 and he was super polite, accomodating and helpful. Drive was smooth and we managed to visit Oyunuma Pond, Jigokudani Valley, Oyunuma natural footbath and Lake Toya. The lunch place he brought us also served really good ramen, plus he also brought us to a nice place with great ice cream. Would recommend this private car rental trip.

I want to give endless praise to our guide, who maintained a smile throughout the day despite a packed schedule. In particular, when most restaurants in Biei were closed and we were in a difficult situation, the restaurant they recommended was absolutely delicious. They also called ahead to check for wait times at the dinner restaurant and promptly relayed the information, which allowed us to manage the situation well. I highly recommend this for multi-generational families traveling with parents and children.
