I passed by this hotel during my last visit to Kawaguchiko and thought it looked impressive, especially because it has an onsen (hot spring). This time, I brought my family to stay and see. Since we chose a room facing Mount Fuji, the price wasn't cheap, but it does include access to the women's bath. The hotel service is good. We were told that yukatas (bathrobes) and slippers are not allowed in the lobby or restaurant, which we adhered to, but we saw many people ignoring the warning signs or simply not seeing them. The hotel has a shuttle bus that goes to quite a few locations, but be sure to check the schedule so you don't miss the last ride back.

An amazing hot spring hotel with rooms that overlook Fuji-Q Highland and Mount Fuji 🗻, simply perfect. The main point is the bed is very comfortable 😁 and the bathroom is quite large. There's also a bathhouse on the top floor where you can take a bath ~ super warm.

Resort Inn Fuyo Kawaguchiko Inter offers amenities such as Wi-Fi and coin laundry, as well as a large public bath and a hot spring bath. I was lucky enough to encounter Mr. Xu, a Chinese-speaking front desk employee, on the day I checked in. He kindly and clearly introduced the hotel's facilities, making me feel at home, which was a real plus. I stayed in a mountain view room, and when the weather was good and there were no clouds, I could clearly see Mount Fuji from the window, which was amazing.

The hotel environment is beautiful and peaceful. Parking is very convenient right next to the house. The house has a lot of space, and the facilities inside are complete and clean. The cooking facilities are all available. As a result, we went to a nearby supermarket in the evening to buy a bunch of ingredients to cook. The bed is big and comfortable, and there is a rooftop where you can see Mount Fuji. Getting up early to watch the sunrise is really worth the price! Five-star rating!

Nice and cozy room, very close to bus/train station, but soundproofing was a bit weak, luckily the tenants next door kept their voice down after 10pm. There's a nice cafe around, the sushi restaurant downstairs seems pretty good too, it's a pity it wasn't their business hour when we visit.

We truly loved our Fuji tour today with our driver and guide, Hong Jian. He was very punctual and picked us up right on time at our hotel, which made the start of the day smooth and stress-free. Although we didn’t get to see Mt. Fuji due to heavy snow, we really appreciated how accommodating Jian was in bringing us to alternative places that we could still enjoy. The experience was absolutely magical, and the scenery was beautiful in its own way.
On our way back, we had to reroute because the main highway was closed, so we took a longer path with steep and slippery roads. Despite this, we felt completely at ease because Jian was very professional and constantly reassured us that everything would be fine.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely book again, hopefully next time with our kids❤️❄️

This is a perfect tour for tour enjoy Mt. Fuji and other nearby sights in just a day. The team was communicative. Everything is smooth. Penguin (our tour guide) is very nice, helpful and patient. This is highly recommended.
