I had an amazing time with this tour. Loved the geopark's amazing views, the beautiful waterfalls, and the lantern experience. Lasty, Kelly, our tour guide, made it very fun and unforgettable. She was funny and made everyone laugh. Also, she was willing to help answer our questions. Also was kind enough to help take each of our photos when requested. Five stars for Kelly, love you!

the tour guide was really accommdating and good in what she do. she assist us in all our needs and made the trip amazing, light and memorable. If you want to visit multiple spots in a short time and less hassle try booking this activity and you won’t be disappointed.

the shifen water fall is the best , i wish we could have just skipped the cats and spend more tome in shifen water falls but over all its good! the tour guide let me borrow the umbrella

I booked Klook for a day tour in Taiwan’s famous tourist spots for my family. Our tour guide is Xiao-Hei and he was PERFECT!! He made sure that the tour experience was great even if there was rain. He took a lot of beautiful pictures and was very kind to us. He was very knowledgeable in every place we went to and even shared the history and facts for each place we went to. We had fun listening to Xiao-Hei because he knew everything about Taiwan and what are the best stores we can buy from. I want to thank Xiao-Hei for giving my family and I the best tour experience since we had first timers in the group. I was impressed by how he did the tour and will surely book klook again for our future travels. I will recommend this to my family and friends! Wonderful and well-organized tour! Yehliu, Yin & Yang Sea, Shifen, and Jiufen were all beautiful places to visit. Special thanks to our guide Kevin Chang for making the trip so enjoyable. He was friendly, helpful, and shared many interesting facts throughout the journey. Highly recommended, especially with guide Kevin Chang... If you want great photos & videos for social media, definitely choose KEVIN CHANG. He is very skilled at photography & videography and captured lot of of amazing photos & videos for us, He never tires of capturing amazing clicks and voluntarily took a lot of photos. Truly brilliant... Highly recommended...

Our tour guide, Francis, was very professional. All arrangements were excellent, and his explanations were clear. It was truly impressive to see him lead a group using three languages (having to repeat everything in English, Japanese, and Mandarin three times). He is incredibly professional. I once joined a tour where the guide was supposed to use both Chinese and English, but out of laziness, only spoke English, leaving those who didn't understand English feeling left out. That's why I have immense respect for Francis; he truly embodies dedication and professionalism! Highly commendable.

I booked a private tour for just my boyfriend and me, and Hicks Wang was our guide. It was my first time visiting Taiwan, and this tour turned out to be such a valuable, meaningful, and memorable experience. Hicks was an excellent guide. He drove very safely throughout the trip, and his explanations of the different attractions were both entertaining and informative. He made the whole journey feel comfortable and enjoyable from beginning to end. The night view in Jiufen was absolutely breathtaking, and the photos Hicks took for us came out beautifully. They are such special memories from our first trip to Taiwan. Thank you so much, Hicks, for making our trip so memorable and for helping us create such wonderful memories. We truly enjoyed every moment of the tour and would highly recommend it!

The tour was fantastic! Last time, I went to Shifen by train, but a friend recommended this tour, so I decided to join. This time, since there were fewer participants, the tour was conducted as a private charter with the guide driving a dedicated vehicle. It's important to check your email, as I received a message the day before with changes to the meeting point and tour details. I was glad the guide provided their LINE contact via email, which made communication easy when we met on the day of the tour. Our guide, Ms. Wang (a woman) who spoke excellent Japanese, provided us with insights into Taiwan's attractions that I hadn't known before. Her careful driving (many drivers in Taiwan can be a bit aggressive) meant I didn't get carsick, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The guide also accompanied us to Shifen Waterfall. She consistently pointed out restrooms, which was reassuring. The walking path is paved, but there are stairs, so I recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes. As the guide mentioned, some people might get lost at Shifen Waterfall without a guide, and it can be a bit challenging to navigate on your first visit, so I highly recommend joining a tour. The guide also offered to take photos for us throughout the trip. We had about an hour of free time during the Shifen lantern release, which we used for strolling and enjoying some food and drinks. We had the option to be dropped off at a night market or the original meeting point. I believe the night market was Raohe Street Night Market. I'm so glad I joined this tour. It was late August, so it was incredibly hot, but being able to travel and sightsee comfortably in an air-conditioned car was wonderful. My friend enjoyed it so much that she said she'd want to join this tour again the next time she visits Shifen. Thank you very much.
