Things to do in Shifen Waterfall

I had such a wonderful day trip to Yehliu, Shifen, and Jiufen at night with our tour guide, Suni Chen! The tour was so enjoyable, and Suni was very helpful, friendly, and kind throughout the trip. I have absolutely no regrets about joining this tour. Highly recommended! 😊✨

We really enjoyed our Yehliu, Jiufen, and Shifen day tour! Everything was well organized, and we got to visit so many beautiful places without having to worry about transportation or planning. A huge thanks to our tour guide, Tommy Lin, for making the experience even better! He was very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. He shared interesting stories and helpful tips about each place, gave clear instructions, and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the trip. We also appreciated that we had enough time to explore, take photos, and try local food. It was such a fun and memorable day, and we're really glad we booked this tour. Our Shifen sky lantern experience was unforgettable! We came with wishes written on our lantern and left with tons of happy memories (and a lot of photos 😄). The staff were super friendly, energetic, and patient—they made sure our lantern was ready, guided us through every step, and became our personal photographers for the moment. They didn’t just sell us a lantern; they helped create a beautiful memory that we’ll bring home from Taiwan. Thank you for making our Shifen visit extra special! 🎈✨

If you want great photos & videos for social media, definitely choose KEVIN CHANG. He is very skilled at photography & videography and captured lot of of amazing photos & videos for us, He never tires of capturing amazing clicks and voluntarily took a lot of photos. the shifen water fall is the best , i wish we could have just skipped the cats and spend more tome in shifen water falls but over all its good! the tour guide let me borrow the umbrella

It was a very nice and pleasant experience. It's a sunny day, we went there with a tour bus which walked us to the store itself, then we got given the 4-colour lantern and provided with black calligraphy pen to write our wishes, each colour represent a different area of life, e.g. health and wealth etc. We wrote our lantern inside the shop before going outdoor. There are staff using our phones to taking photos and videos of us on the train track and gave us poses to take pictures of the different sides of the lantern.

Our private guide Vincent Hsu drove a very unique Grand Starex. He is very friendly and knowledgeable sharing the history of the places we issued with recommendations on the local culture. A great trip thanks mainly to his professionalism.

I booked a private tour for just my boyfriend and me, and Hicks Wang was our guide. It was my first time visiting Taiwan, and this tour turned out to be such a valuable, meaningful, and memorable experience. Hicks was an excellent guide. He drove very safely throughout the trip, and his explanations of the different attractions were both entertaining and informative. He made the whole journey feel comfortable and enjoyable from beginning to end. The night view in Jiufen was absolutely breathtaking, and the photos Hicks took for us came out beautifully. They are such special memories from our first trip to Taiwan. Thank you so much, Hicks, for making our trip so memorable and for helping us create such wonderful memories.
