Things to do in Shihfen

It was a very nice and pleasant experience. It's a sunny day, we went there with a tour bus which walked us to the store itself, then we got given the 4-colour lantern and provided with black calligraphy pen to write our wishes, each colour represent a different area of life, e.g. health and wealth etc. We wrote our lantern inside the shop before going outdoor. There are staff using our phones to taking photos and videos of us on the train track and gave us poses to take pictures of the different sides of the lantern.

Our tour guide, Ms. Kate, was amazing! She went above and beyond our expectations and spoke fluent English, which made everything so much easier. We were originally planning to visit Jiufen around noon, but she and our driver thoughtfully adjusted the schedule so we could visit in the late afternoon and enjoy the beautiful lights and sunset. It made the experience even more special! Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend Ms. Kate and this tour to anyone visiting Taiwan. ❤️

Had a great well organised trip. Our guide Amy Sung paced the places perfectly and very patiently explained and introduce the places in both English & Mandarin. She introduced the best taiwanese food to eat at Jiufeng. I definitely will recommend this itinerary with Klook which is value for money and best is we just sit back & relax.

Sunny is friendly and professional in doing her job. She ensured everyone is well taken care of. Overall we explored 4 places, but I hope there is more buffer time in Shifen and Jiufen for us to explore. Pineapple DIY experience is quite unique. Thanks Sunny! Will visit Taipei again.

Even with thoroughly terrible weather, my partner and I had a great time on this tour led by Vivian. We enjoyed all the locations, had plenty of time in each, and learned a bit about Taiwan’s, and the local area’s, history and culture. Highly recommend this tour - especially for cat people.

Wonderful and well-organized tour! Yehliu, Yin & Yang Sea, Shifen, and Jiufen were all beautiful places to visit. Special thanks to our guide Kevin Chang for making the trip so enjoyable. He was friendly, helpful, and shared many interesting facts throughout the journey. Highly recommended, especially with guide Kevin Chang... If you want great photos & videos for social media, definitely choose KEVIN CHANG. He is very skilled at photography & videography and captured lot of of amazing photos & videos for us, He never tires of capturing amazing clicks and voluntarily took a lot of photos. Truly brilliant... Highly recommended...

I booked Klook for a day tour in Taiwan’s famous tourist spots for my family. Our tour guide is Xiao-Hei and he was PERFECT!! He made sure that the tour experience was great even if there was rain. He took a lot of beautiful pictures and was very kind to us. He was very knowledgeable in every place we went to and even shared the history and facts for each place we went to. We had fun listening to Xiao-Hei because he knew everything about Taiwan and what are the best stores we can buy from. I want to thank Xiao-Hei for giving my family and I the best tour experience since we had first timers in the group. I was impressed by how he did the tour and will surely book klook again for our future travels. I will recommend this to my family and friends! Totally recommended if you are travelling with a big group of people and kids. Bubble was our tour guide and he provides a lot of information and historical references for us during the ride. He also recommended us the restaurants we can try for traditinal Taiwanese food when we were in Jifen, or else we would be lost. We had a great time and definitely recommend this for anyone who want to visit Jifen and Shifen.

I booked a private tour for just my boyfriend and me, and Hicks Wang was our guide. It was my first time visiting Taiwan, and this tour turned out to be such a valuable, meaningful, and memorable experience. Hicks was an excellent guide. He drove very safely throughout the trip, and his explanations of the different attractions were both entertaining and informative. He made the whole journey feel comfortable and enjoyable from beginning to end. The night view in Jiufen was absolutely breathtaking, and the photos Hicks took for us came out beautifully.
