Eu me diverti muito neste passeio. Adorei as vistas incríveis do geoparque, as belas cachoeiras e a experiência com as lanternas. Por fim, a Kelly, nossa guia turística, tornou tudo muito divertido e inesquecível. Ela era engraçada e fez todo mundo rir. Além disso, estava sempre disposta a ajudar a responder às nossas perguntas e foi muito gentil ao tirar fotos de cada um de nós quando solicitado. Cinco estrelas para a Kelly, adorei!

Our Shifen sky lantern experience was unforgettable! We came with wishes written on our lantern and left with tons of happy memories (and a lot of photos 😄). The staff were super friendly, energetic, and patient—they made sure our lantern was ready, guided us through every step, and became our personal photographers for the moment. They didn’t just sell us a lantern; they helped create a beautiful memory that we’ll bring home from Taiwan. Thank you for making our Shifen visit extra special! 🎈✨

Reservei a Klook para um passeio de um dia pelos famosos pontos turísticos de Taiwan para minha família. Nosso guia turístico é Xiao-Hei e ele foi PERFEITO!! Ele garantiu que a experiência do passeio fosse ótima, mesmo com chuva. Ele tirou muitas fotos lindas e foi muito gentil conosco. Ele era muito experiente em todos os lugares que visitamos e até compartilhou a história e fatos de cada local. Nós nos divertimos muito ouvindo Xiao-Hei porque ele sabia tudo sobre Taiwan e quais são as melhores lojas para comprarmos. Quero agradecer a Xiao-Hei por proporcionar a mim e à minha família a melhor experiência de passeio, já que tínhamos pessoas que estavam visitando pela primeira vez no grupo. Passeio maravilhoso e bem organizado! Yehliu, Mar Yin & Yang, Shifen e Jiufen foram todos lugares lindos para visitar. Um agradecimento especial ao nosso guia Kevin Chang por tornar a viagem tão agradável. Ele foi simpático, prestativo e compartilhou muitos fatos interessantes durante toda a jornada. Altamente recomendado, especialmente com o guia Kevin Chang... Se você quer ótimas fotos e vídeos para as redes sociais, definitivamente escolha KEVIN CHANG. Ele é muito habilidoso em fotografia e videografia e capturou muitas fotos e vídeos incríveis para nós. Ele nunca se cansa de capturar cliques incríveis e tirou muitas fotos voluntariamente. Verdadeiramente brilhante... Altamente recomendado...

It was a very nice and pleasant experience. It's a sunny day, we went there with a tour bus which walked us to the store itself, then we got given the 4-colour lantern and provided with black calligraphy pen to write our wishes, each colour represent a different area of life, e.g. health and wealth etc. We wrote our lantern inside the shop before going outdoor. There are staff using our phones to taking photos and videos of us on the train track and gave us poses to take pictures of the different sides of the lantern.

Our tour guide, Francis, was very professional. All arrangements were excellent, and his explanations were clear. It was truly impressive to see him lead a group using three languages (having to repeat everything in English, Japanese, and Mandarin three times). He is incredibly professional. I once joined a tour where the guide was supposed to use both Chinese and English, but out of laziness, only spoke English, leaving those who didn't understand English feeling left out. That's why I have immense respect for Francis; he truly embodies dedication and professionalism! Highly commendable.

The tour was fantastic! Last time, I went to Shifen by train, but a friend recommended this tour, so I decided to join. This time, since there were fewer participants, the tour was conducted as a private charter with the guide driving a dedicated vehicle. It's important to check your email, as I received a message the day before with changes to the meeting point and tour details. I was glad the guide provided their LINE contact via email, which made communication easy when we met on the day of the tour. Our guide, Ms. Wang (a woman) who spoke excellent Japanese, provided us with insights into Taiwan's attractions that I hadn't known before. Her careful driving (many drivers in Taiwan can be a bit aggressive) meant I didn't get carsick, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The guide also accompanied us to Shifen Waterfall. She consistently pointed out restrooms, which was reassuring. The walking path is paved, but there are stairs, so I recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes. As the guide mentioned, some people might get lost at Shifen Waterfall without a guide, and it can be a bit challenging to navigate on your first visit, so I highly recommend joining a tour. The guide also offered to take photos for us throughout the trip. We had about an hour of free time during the Shifen lantern release, which we used for strolling and enjoying some food and drinks. We had the option to be dropped off at a night market or the original meeting point. I believe the night market was Raohe Street Night Market. I'm so glad I joined this tour. It was late August, so it was incredibly hot, but being able to travel and sightsee comfortably in an air-conditioned car was wonderful. My friend enjoyed it so much that she said she'd want to join this tour again the next time she visits Shifen. Thank you very much.
