Estoy muy insatisfecho con este tour. No me gustaron las vistas del geoparque, las cascadas ni la experiencia con los farolillos. Por último, Kelly, nuestra guía turística, hizo que fuera muy aburrido y olvidable. Era aburrida y no hacía reír a nadie. Además, no estaba dispuesta a responder a nuestras preguntas y fue poco amable al negarse a hacernos fotos cuando se lo pedíamos. Cero estrellas para Kelly.

the tour guide was really accommdating and good in what she do. she assist us in all our needs and made the trip amazing, light and memorable. If you want to visit multiple spots in a short time and less hassle try booking this activity and you won’t be disappointed.

It was a tiring yet memorable experience for this tour! We just saw how beautiful Taiwan is. Thanks to our tour guide (Vivien Liu) for making it extra fun and even gave us additional knowledge about Taiwan's history and to our driver for keeping us safe during the travel 💗

Despite it being Japan's Obon season on August 12th and the tour being almost fully booked, I, a solo participant, found the guide, Andy, and all the other tour members to be very kind. It was a truly fulfilling and enjoyable tour that flew by! It was very helpful that we could purchase necessary tickets and recommended drinks even during the tour. Yehliu has strong sunlight and is very hot, so heat protection is essential. Don't forget rain gear for sudden downpours! Jiufen was crowded (^^;; Special thanks to our guide, Andy; chatting with you was a truly unforgettable memory. I hope to see you again!

I booked Klook for a day tour in Taiwan’s famous tourist spots for my family. Our tour guide is Xiao-Hei and he was PERFECT!! He made sure that the tour experience was great even if there was rain. He took a lot of beautiful pictures and was very kind to us. He was very knowledgeable in every place we went to and even shared the history and facts for each place we went to. We had fun listening to Xiao-Hei because he knew everything about Taiwan and what are the best stores we can buy from. I want to thank Xiao-Hei for giving my family and I the best tour experience since we had first timers in the group. I was impressed by how he did the tour and will surely book klook again for our future travels. I will recommend this to my family and friends! the shifen water fall is the best , i wish we could have just skipped the cats and spend more tome in shifen water falls but over all its good! the tour guide let me borrow the umbrella

Wonderful and well-organized tour! Yehliu, Yin & Yang Sea, Shifen, and Jiufen were all beautiful places to visit. Special thanks to our guide Kevin Chang for making the trip so enjoyable. He was friendly, helpful, and shared many interesting facts throughout the journey. Highly recommended, especially with guide Kevin Chang... If you want great photos & videos for social media, definitely choose KEVIN CHANG. He is very skilled at photography & videography and captured lot of of amazing photos & videos for us, He never tires of capturing amazing clicks and voluntarily took a lot of photos. Truly brilliant... Highly recommended...

Our tour guide, Francis, was very professional. All arrangements were excellent, and his explanations were clear. It was truly impressive to see him lead a group using three languages (having to repeat everything in English, Japanese, and Mandarin three times). He is incredibly professional. I once joined a tour where the guide was supposed to use both Chinese and English, but out of laziness, only spoke English, leaving those who didn't understand English feeling left out. That's why I have immense respect for Francis; he truly embodies dedication and professionalism! Highly commendable.
