Tours de Shifen Waterfall

Vaig passar una estona increïble amb aquest tour. Em van encantar les vistes impressionants del geoparc, les boniques cascades i l'experiència amb les llanternes. Finalment, la Kelly, la nostra guia turística, ho va fer molt divertit i inoblidable. Era divertida i va fer riure a tothom. A més, estava disposada a ajudar a respondre les nostres preguntes. També va ser prou amable per ajudar a fer fotos de cadascú de nosaltres quan se li demanava. Cinc estrelles per a la Kelly, t'estimem!

Va ser una experiència esgotadora però memorable per a aquest tour! Acabem de veure com de bonica és Taiwan. Vaig reservar Klook per a una excursió d'un dia pels famosos llocs turístics de Taiwan per a la meva família. El nostre guia turístic és Xiao-Hei i va ser PERFECTE!! Es va assegurar que l'experiència del tour fos fantàstica fins i tot amb pluja. Va fer moltes fotos boniques i va ser molt amable amb nosaltres. Tenia molts coneixements de tots els llocs que vam visitar i fins i tot va compartir la història i els fets de cada lloc. Ens ho vam passar molt bé escoltant a Xiao-Hei perquè ho sabia tot sobre Taiwan i quines eren les millors botigues on podíem comprar. Vull agrair a Xiao-Hei per oferir a la meva família i a mi la millor experiència turística, ja que teníem persones que visitaven Taiwan per primera vegada al grup. Em va impressionar com va fer el tour i segur que tornaré a reservar Klook per als nostres futurs viatges. Ho recomanaré a la meva família i amics! Un tour meravellós i ben organitzat! Yehliu, Yin & Yang Sea, Shifen i Jiufen van ser llocs preciosos per visitar. Un agraïment especial al nostre guia Kevin Chang per fer el viatge tan agradable. Va ser amable, servicial i va compartir molts fets interessants durant tot el trajecte. Molt recomanable, especialment amb el guia Kevin Chang... Si voleu fotos i vídeos fantàstics per a les xarxes socials, trieu definitivament KEVIN CHANG. És molt hàbil en fotografia i videografia i va capturar moltes fotos i vídeos increïbles per a nosaltres. Mai es cansa de capturar clics sorprenents i va fer moltes fotos voluntàriament. Realment brillant... Molt recomanable...

Our tour guide, Francis, was very professional. All arrangements were excellent, and his explanations were clear. It was truly impressive to see him lead a group using three languages (having to repeat everything in English, Japanese, and Mandarin three times). He is incredibly professional. I once joined a tour where the guide was supposed to use both Chinese and English, but out of laziness, only spoke English, leaving those who didn't understand English feeling left out. That's why I have immense respect for Francis; he truly embodies dedication and professionalism! Highly commendable.

I booked a private tour for just my boyfriend and me, and Hicks Wang was our guide. It was my first time visiting Taiwan, and this tour turned out to be such a valuable, meaningful, and memorable experience. Hicks was an excellent guide. He drove very safely throughout the trip, and his explanations of the different attractions were both entertaining and informative. He made the whole journey feel comfortable and enjoyable from beginning to end. The night view in Jiufen was absolutely breathtaking, and the photos Hicks took for us came out beautifully. They are such special memories from our first trip to Taiwan. Thank you so much, Hicks, for making our trip so memorable and for helping us create such wonderful memories. We truly enjoyed every moment of the tour and would highly recommend it!

The tour was fantastic! Last time, I went to Shifen by train, but a friend recommended this tour, so I decided to join. This time, since there were fewer participants, the tour was conducted as a private charter with the guide driving a dedicated vehicle. It's important to check your email, as I received a message the day before with changes to the meeting point and tour details. I was glad the guide provided their LINE contact via email, which made communication easy when we met on the day of the tour. Our guide, Ms. Wang (a woman) who spoke excellent Japanese, provided us with insights into Taiwan's attractions that I hadn't known before. Her careful driving (many drivers in Taiwan can be a bit aggressive) meant I didn't get carsick, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The guide also accompanied us to Shifen Waterfall. She consistently pointed out restrooms, which was reassuring. The walking path is paved, but there are stairs, so I recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes. As the guide mentioned, some people might get lost at Shifen Waterfall without a guide, and it can be a bit challenging to navigate on your first visit, so I highly recommend joining a tour. The guide also offered to take photos for us throughout the trip. We had about an hour of free time during the Shifen lantern release, which we used for strolling and enjoying some food and drinks. We had the option to be dropped off at a night market or the original meeting point. I believe the night market was Raohe Street Night Market. I'm so glad I joined this tour. It was late August, so it was incredibly hot, but being able to travel and sightsee comfortably in an air-conditioned car was wonderful. My friend enjoyed it so much that she said she'd want to join this tour again the next time she visits Shifen. Thank you very much.
