Jeg havde en fantastisk oplevelse på denne tur. Jeg elskede geoparkens utrolige udsigter, de smukke vandfald og lanternearrangementet. Til sidst gjorde Kelly, vores rejseleder, turen rigtig sjov og uforglemmelig. Hun var sjov og fik alle til at grine. Derudover var hun villig til at besvare vores spørgsmål og var så venlig at hjælpe med at tage billeder af os alle, når vi bad om det. Fem stjerner til Kelly, kæmpe hilsen herfra!

Jeg bookede Klook til en dagstur til Taiwans berømte turiststeder for min familie. Vores turguide er Xiao-Hei, og han var PERFEKT!! Han sørgede for, at turoplevelsen var fantastisk, selvom det regnede. Han tog mange smukke billeder og var meget venlig mod os. Han var meget vidende om alle de steder, vi besøgte, og delte endda historien og fakta for hvert sted, vi kom til. Vidunderlig og velorganiseret tur! Yehliu, Yin & Yang Sea, Shifen og Jiufen var alle smukke steder at besøge. Særlig tak til vores guide Kevin Chang for at gøre turen så fornøjelig. Han var venlig, hjælpsom og delte mange interessante fakta under hele rejsen. Kan varmt anbefales, især med guiden Kevin Chang... Hvis du vil have fantastiske billeder og videoer til sociale medier, skal du helt sikkert vælge KEVIN CHANG. Han er meget dygtig til fotografering og videografi og tog mange fantastiske billeder og videoer for os. Han bliver aldrig træt af at tage fantastiske billeder og tog frivilligt en masse fotos. Our tour guide, Francis, was very professional. All arrangements were excellent, and his explanations were clear. It was truly impressive to see him lead a group using three languages (having to repeat everything in English, Japanese, and Mandarin three times). He is incredibly professional. I once joined a tour where the guide was supposed to use both Chinese and English, but out of laziness, only spoke English, leaving those who didn't understand English feeling left out. That's why I have immense respect for Francis; he truly embodies dedication and professionalism! Highly commendable.

I booked a private tour for just my boyfriend and me, and Hicks Wang was our guide. It was my first time visiting Taiwan, and this tour turned out to be such a valuable, meaningful, and memorable experience. Hicks was an excellent guide. He drove very safely throughout the trip, and his explanations of the different attractions were both entertaining and informative. He made the whole journey feel comfortable and enjoyable from beginning to end. The night view in Jiufen was absolutely breathtaking, and the photos Hicks took for us came out beautifully. They are such special memories from our first trip to Taiwan. Thank you so much, Hicks, for making our trip so memorable and for helping us create such wonderful memories. We truly enjoyed every moment of the tour and would highly recommend it!

The tour was fantastic! Last time, I went to Shifen by train, but a friend recommended this tour, so I decided to join. This time, since there were fewer participants, the tour was conducted as a private charter with the guide driving a dedicated vehicle. It's important to check your email, as I received a message the day before with changes to the meeting point and tour details. I was glad the guide provided their LINE contact via email, which made communication easy when we met on the day of the tour. Our guide, Ms. Wang (a woman) who spoke excellent Japanese, provided us with insights into Taiwan's attractions that I hadn't known before. Her careful driving (many drivers in Taiwan can be a bit aggressive) meant I didn't get carsick, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The guide also accompanied us to Shifen Waterfall. She consistently pointed out restrooms, which was reassuring. The walking path is paved, but there are stairs, so I recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes. As the guide mentioned, some people might get lost at Shifen Waterfall without a guide, and it can be a bit challenging to navigate on your first visit, so I highly recommend joining a tour. The guide also offered to take photos for us throughout the trip. We had about an hour of free time during the Shifen lantern release, which we used for strolling and enjoying some food and drinks. We had the option to be dropped off at a night market or the original meeting point. I believe the night market was Raohe Street Night Market. I'm so glad I joined this tour. It was late August, so it was incredibly hot, but being able to travel and sightsee comfortably in an air-conditioned car was wonderful. My friend enjoyed it so much that she said she'd want to join this tour again the next time she visits Shifen. Thank you very much.
