This was our first day in Japan and our first time as tourists navigating trains and transfers, so we were understandably nervous at the start. The Seibu Kawagoe Pass made everything much easier and more manageable. Instructions were clear, routes were straightforward, and the trains were punctual and comfortable. Once we completed what felt like the most challenging part—our first train transfers—we felt much more confident exploring on the following days. Kawagoe itself was a wonderful destination with its charming “Little Edo” atmosphere, traditional streets, and relaxed vibe. We truly enjoyed the experience and would love to return. Overall, the Seibu system was reliable, efficient, and very tourist-friendly, making it an excellent choice for first-time visitors to Japan.

Purchase a Seibu Railway one-day pass e-ticket. Activate the QR code on the day of use. However, it can only be used at gates with QR codes. If some small stations don't have QR code gates, show the QR code to the station staff. Although I didn't see any station staff in front of Seibu Stadium Station at the time, I saw a notice saying there was a call button nearby to notify them. Playing at the following attractions that day was really great value for the price. i love this pass, first day little bit difficult because sometimes no staff near the gate. then we call the staff officer by machine n show the pass through the camera then they will let us enter the gate. 5 days easy to go and i used this pass to go to narita airport. next time i will use this pass again.
