We traveled on the day Super Typhoon Bavi was affecting Taiwan, so we were very grateful that our Taiwan High Speed Rail trip still operated safely and wasn't canceled. It gave us peace of mind and allowed us to continue our travel plans without major disruptions. Booking through Klook was seamless, and redeeming our tickets was quick and easy. The train was clean, comfortable, spacious, and departed on time despite the weather. The stations were well organized with clear signs, making it easy for first-time visitors like us to navigate. Traveling from Taipei to Kaohsiung was smooth, fast, and stress-free. We're truly thankful to the THSR team for their professionalism and commitment to passenger safety. Traveling to Tainan from 115.2.14-2/15, I chose this place because it's a three-minute walk from Tainan Railway Station in the direction of 7-Eleven. It was my first time renting a scooter service through Klook, and I didn't quite understand the options on the system. The service at the starting point store was very kind and patient. You can tell that the store has served a diverse range of customers. Although the store's location is not very close to the train station, I told them it was my first time buying through the system, and the staff kindly explained the interface to me again. I really appreciate the store's explanation. I understood that there are several stores listed on it, and they are collaborating to operate on Klook, which is great. Cleanliness: Good Service: Friendly and attentive Vehicle condition: Good, and the scooter has a phone holder, which is very helpful when you need to search for directions on your phone. The scooter itself has a charging device, located on the left side of the handlebar. Model: SYM VIVO 125, riding process is quite powerful.

The accommodation was conveniently located near Taichung Station. When you show the purchased voucher, they write down the time slot and seat number on a note for you. When boarding, just show the voucher purchased from Klook one more time, and you're all set!

The driver contacted us in advance, and communication was seamless. Traveling from Taoyuan Airport back to Tainan usually requires many transfers. If your High-Speed Rail schedule is confirmed, I highly recommend using their transfer service for this last leg of the journey; it's very convenient!

Redemption Instructions: The 98-day pass can be redeemed at the FamilyMart Songxing Rental Station, located to the left of the train station exit. In the morning, I scanned the code, but the ticket didn't print. The staff at Songxing Rental Station kindly helped by calling someone to assist. Thankfully, I had allowed extra time for my train. However, to catch the train, you need to go to the FamilyMart across the street (Train Station C). Tickets for Sicao can be redeemed inside the Dazhong Temple; scanning the code is very convenient.
