It was my first time renting a scooter service through Klook, and I was a bit confused by the options on the system. The staff at the starting point were very friendly and patient. This really shows that the shop has served a diverse range of customers. Although the shop's location isn't particularly close to the train station, when I told them it was my first time purchasing through the system, they patiently explained the interface to me again. I'm truly grateful for their explanation. I understood that there are several shops listed as store names, all collaborating to operate on Klook, which is a great setup. Cleanliness: Good Service: Friendly and attentive Vehicle condition: Good, and the scooter comes with a phone holder, which is very helpful when you need to use your phone for navigation. The scooter itself provides a charging device on the left side of the handlebars. Model: SYM Vivo 125, quite powerful during the ride.

I rented an electric scooter, and picking it up directly at the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. The pickup process was also simple and easy. The only thing that could be improved is that the scooter might be a bit old, as it made a rattling sound while riding.😅

Great! I had some trouble getting my ticket at the convenience store next to Tainan Station (I didn't notice the machine immediately to the right upon entering the store, and then the paper jammed when printing, so I had to ask the staff at the counter next to it). I was a bit nervous riding the bus with it. I ended up losing it along the way, but I think it's good for those who want to look around. Also, the Sicao Green Tunnel offers a surprisingly long boat ride where you can enjoy the scenery. If I understood Chinese, I probably would have enjoyed the boatman's guided tour even more. Even without understanding, the scenery is still beautiful.
