Our ride on the Taiwan High Speed Rail from Chiayi to Taipei was an excellent experience from start to finish. The train departed right on time, and the entire journey felt incredibly smooth and efficient. The seats were clean, comfortable, and had plenty of legroom, making it easy to relax and enjoy the ride. We were especially impressed by how quiet and well-maintained everything was. The large windows gave us a nice view of Taiwan’s scenery as we sped north. What really stood out was how fast and convenient the trip was—what would normally take hours by car felt quick and stress-free. The staff were also polite and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, it was a very comfortable, reliable, and enjoyable way to travel across Taiwan. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free journey!

Traveling to Tainan from 115.2.14-2/15, I chose this place because it's a three-minute walk from Tainan Railway Station in the direction of 7-Eleven. It was my first time renting a scooter service through Klook, and I didn't quite understand the options on the system. The service at the starting point store was very kind and patient. You can tell that the store has served a diverse range of customers. Although the store's location is not very close to the train station, I told them it was my first time buying through the system, and the staff kindly explained the interface to me again. I really appreciate the store's explanation. I understood that there are several stores listed on it, and they are collaborating to operate on Klook, which is great. Cleanliness: Good Service: Friendly and attentive Vehicle condition: Good, and the scooter has a phone holder, which is very helpful when you need to search for directions on your phone. The scooter itself has a charging device, located on the left side of the handlebar. Model: SYM VIVO 125, riding process is quite powerful.

I rented an electric scooter, and picking it up directly at the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. The pickup process was also simple and easy. The only thing that could be improved is that the scooter might be a bit old, as it made a rattling sound while riding.😅

We are incredibly grateful to our driver, Mr. Shi, for his dedicated guidance on this trip, which allowed us to effortlessly explore the beauty of Tainan. Along the way, he not only shared many historical stories but also meticulously arranged every detail of our itinerary. This time, I chartered a car for a day in Taiwan with my children and elderly mother! Our driver, Mr. Wang, picked us up at the hotel right on time and drove us safely from morning till night, covering the long round trip from Taipei to Taichung, including bathroom breaks. For lunch, Mr. Wang recommended an affordable and authentic Taiwanese restaurant, and he was very thoughtful, even giving us donuts along the way, guiding us to various places, and parking the car conveniently close. Thanks to him, both my children and mother said they had a wonderful time and were very satisfied! He truly did an excellent job with the long journey! He also explained various places to us, and I think it would be fantastic if Mr. Wang could drive us again if we visit Taiwan in the future!

The driver is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He is able to give useful suggestions for us to amend our itinerary to optimise our time. Very friendly and patient with kids too. Car is very spacious and clean.
