Our ride on the Taiwan High Speed Rail from Chiayi to Taipei was an excellent experience from start to finish. The train departed right on time, and the entire journey felt incredibly smooth and efficient. The seats were clean, comfortable, and had plenty of legroom, making it easy to relax and enjoy the ride. We were especially impressed by how quiet and well-maintained everything was. The large windows gave us a nice view of Taiwan’s scenery as we sped north. What really stood out was how fast and convenient the trip was—what would normally take hours by car felt quick and stress-free. The staff were also polite and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, it was a very comfortable, reliable, and enjoyable way to travel across Taiwan. Traveling to Tainan from 115.2.14-2/15, I chose this place because it's a three-minute walk from Tainan Railway Station in the direction of 7-Eleven. It was my first time renting a scooter service through Klook, and I didn't quite understand the options on the system. The service at the starting point store was very kind and patient. You can tell that the store has served a diverse range of customers. Although the store's location is not very close to the train station, I told them it was my first time buying through the system, and the staff kindly explained the interface to me again. I really appreciate the store's explanation. I understood that there are several stores listed on it, and they are collaborating to operate on Klook, which is great. Cleanliness: Good Service: Friendly and attentive Vehicle condition: Good, and the scooter has a phone holder, which is very helpful when you need to search for directions on your phone. The scooter itself has a charging device, located on the left side of the handlebar. Model: SYM VIVO 125, riding process is quite powerful.

I rented an electric scooter, and picking it up directly at the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. The pickup process was also simple and easy. The only thing that could be improved is that the scooter might be a bit old, as it made a rattling sound while riding.😅

The driver contacted us in advance, and communication was seamless. Traveling from Taoyuan Airport back to Tainan usually requires many transfers. If your High-Speed Rail schedule is confirmed, I highly recommend using their transfer service for this last leg of the journey; it's very convenient!

what a smooth and pleasant journey by ubus for this service unlike the one from Taipei to Taichung. It's really much easier to take bus than high speed train in terms of location of the station and ticket fee.

Great! I had some trouble getting my ticket at the convenience store next to Tainan Station (I didn't notice the machine immediately to the right upon entering the store, and then the paper jammed when printing, so I had to ask the staff at the counter next to it). I was a bit nervous riding the bus with it. I ended up losing it along the way, but I think it's good for those who want to look around. Also, the Sicao Green Tunnel offers a surprisingly long boat ride where you can enjoy the scenery. If I understood Chinese, I probably would have enjoyed the boatman's guided tour even more. Even without understanding, the scenery is still beautiful.
