On our second day, we came in the morning to drop off our luggage, and the owner said we could pick it up before closing (6:00 PM). There's also a restroom, which is very convenient! Battery swap stations in Tainan city center are all within a 10-minute reach. For longer trips, we once rented a scooter to go to Chimei Museum, and another time to the Sicao Green Tunnel. Before departing, the battery had about 59 km of range. We stopped at other places in between, and when we returned the scooter, it still had 26 km of range left, which was pretty good! You don't have to fill up the tank like with a gas scooter and pay extra for fuel, which I really like.

You just need to swap batteries at a battery exchange station to continue your journey, without needing to spend extra money on fuel.
