Tainan Private Car Charter: Customized Itinerary (Departing from Tainan)

To comply with the central government's epidemic prevention regulations, individuals with a travel history to countries or regions listed under "Level 3 Travel Notice" are required to undergo a 14-day home quarantine.

If you have a travel history as described above, please inform us in advance, and we will assist in canceling your order and processing a refund. Furthermore, in accordance with Article 37, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 5 and Paragraph 3 of the Communicable Disease Control Act concerning individuals with excessively high body temperatures, a temperature check will be conducted on the day of departure. Travelers with a forehead temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, or exhibiting respiratory symptoms, will be advised to return home for rest and medical attention, and will be regrettably refused participation in the tour.

Please note: Detailed pickup information and driver contact details will be provided by the supplier one day prior to departure.

• The tour may be affected by weather and cloud cover on the day of the activity. At 17:00 on the day of the activity, the supplier will send a professional guide to inspect the weather conditions within the Dark Sky Park. If the weather is unfavorable and the tour cannot proceed, travelers will be notified at 18:00, and the stargazing tour will be canceled with a refund of the stargazing tour fee.
• The supplier is not responsible for accommodation costs if the stargazing activity is canceled due to weather conditions.
• After the daytime tour, you can choose to return to your B&B or the visitor center. Travelers who choose to disembark at the visitor center are responsible for arranging their own transportation back to their B&B.
• Specific vehicle colors, models, or types cannot be specified. Please fill in the number of passengers on the reservation page. If the number of passengers does not match, the service may not be provided.
• Please ensure that you have all your belongings when getting on and off the vehicle. The driver is not responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings.
• Wheelchairs, non-foldable strollers, and large sports equipment are not allowed.
• Please wait for your pickup in the lobby of your B&B in advance. The vehicle will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes after arrival. Modifications, cancellations, or refunds will not be granted due to lateness or no-shows.
• Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. Thank you for your understanding.
• According to Taiwan traffic regulations, children aged 0-4 years old are required to use a car seat. If needed, please add it to your order on the reservation page - NT$200/seat. Children must also be included in the number of passengers when booking.
• In case of traffic congestion, the actual pickup time may be delayed by 15-20 minutes from the scheduled time. The driver and the supplier's customer service will contact you to inform you of any delays.
• The order of attractions in the itinerary may be adjusted depending on the location of the departure or end point. Please be aware of this.
• Pets are not allowed on the tour.
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to local weather, traffic, and other factors.
• Please bring your own personal medications in case of discomfort, such as motion sickness medicine, cold medicine, mosquito repellent, etc.
• In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the supplier reserves the right to cancel or change the itinerary. You will be notified one day in advance if any cancellations or changes occur.
• Please be sure to wear seatbelts and masks while in the vehicle to ensure your safety and the safety of those around you.
