Jai and Selina was very accommodating. one of our member had food poisoning the day before and after discussion last minute (literally 30 mins before) they were ok to postpone the trip to later date at a small penalty fee. Jai is safe driver and knowledgeable guide, he was accommodating as well, always showing us around and helping with photography. We’re 3 adults 3 child so the 3 locations was just nice for us in terms of stops. We had sufficient photo op, experienced feeding the calf, tasting some desa farm yogurt, etc.

Handsome Jeff was a very friendly guide!!He was very knowledgeable about Malaysia and the countries of his guests and shared many stories with us.We had a great time with him and would recommend him to everyone( ◠‿◠ )

It's my first time in Kota Kinabalu, and a friend recommended visiting Mount Kinabalu. I saw that Fubon Bank had a discount of 120, so I bought it after arriving in Kota Kinabalu, which was very convenient (you only need to purchase it 24 hours before departure). The day before departure, the tour guide will send reminders via WhatsApp about things to note, such as umbrellas, jackets, mosquito repellent, etc., which is super thoughtful. ???????? On the day of departure, we waited in the hotel lobby at 7:00 AM, and they picked us up to set off together. There were 6 people in the group (all ladies), and the tour guide was very attentive ????????. It rained heavily this morning, and I was worried that it would affect the trip. Fortunately, the weather cleared up almost when we arrived at the first attraction, and we could experience the local culture. we enjoy to see the town of kinabalu last 18 Aug our driver is Mr. Lai Ming but he dont have initiative to take our photos. He drop us to Gaya Street Souvenir store but goods are expensive which we found out the following day.

It was awesome. The guide drove super well, getting us there in an hour and a half when it should have been a two-hour drive. If you want a special trip in Kota Kinabalu, I'd recommend it.

it was a long ride to n fro and with young kids, it was getting kinda restless but our tour guide mr emp was so patient with us and the kids. apart from that, during the long ride he also shared information and history abt sabah which we weren’t aware of. at kundasang, the temp was so chilly yet the sun was so glaring, it was hot and cold at the same time. kids had a great time at the rabbit farm, fish spa and cow farm. i wanted to try the famous ayam madu and mr emp drove us there with no hesitation. mr emp also offered to take us to alpaca club which was not part of the itinerary. unfortunately, we were so tired! i will recommend this not only bec the kids enjoyed the trip, but bec mr emp is such a patient and wonderful tour guide.

Great view for you to take pictures. Luckily the weather was good. The nasi lemak was very nice. I would like to thank driver Rosran for the tour, he was so kind to show and explain attraction places throughout the journey. It was the best decision.

It was just the two of us on a sudden private tour that day, haha. While we originally hoped for a Chinese-speaking guide, maybe because there were so few of us, the driver acted as both driver and guide, providing the entire introduction in English. I really struggled to understand, but on the bright side, it was good practice for my English listening skills (?). Still, I really appreciate the driver's enthusiastic introduction, which helped me understand the city better.
